We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Friday, including action from college basketball, the NHL, and NBA.

One pick is taken from each sport with a second pick from the NHL. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1301 with DraftKings Sportsbook — that’s more than 13/1! Let’s break down each of these plays.

College Basketball: Dayton Flyers vs Rhode Island Rams – Under 124 points (-110), 7:00 pm ET

The under is the play in this game despite the low total because both teams play at an extremely slow pace. According to KenPom, Dayton ranks 281st in average offensive possession length, 316th in average defensive possession length and 332nd in adjusted tempo. Similarly, Rhode Island ranks 187th in average offensive possession, 273rd in adjusted tempo and 293rd in average defensive possession length. They really defend at a high level and make teams work for buckets on the offensive end. In addition, the total has gone under in 64.7% of their games this season. That trend should continue in this game and the slow pace can keep the total under.

NHL: Detroit Red Wings vs Pittsburgh Penguins – Over 6.5 goals (+110), 7:05 pm ET

Pittsburgh has shown it can take advantage of weak defensive teams, scoring 5+ goals against the Coyotes, Senators, and Blue Jackets recently, all of whom struggle defensively. Detroit is not good at keeping the puck out of the net either, so the Penguins could run up the goal total. Additionally, Detroit has players who can add to the total and give us an over.

NHL: Boston Bruins -1.5 (-115) vs Arizona Coyotes, 9:05 pm ET

Arizona looked to have turned a corner in their dismal season a week ago. Unfortunately, since a 4-1 road win against the Devils, the Coyotes have dropped 3 in a row and have given up 17 goals in those games. Arizona is near the bottom of the league in just about every category, while Boston dominates puck possession and is loaded from top to bottom. The Bruins will be ticked off after dropping a marquee matchup to Colorado, and there’s no better team to take out frustrations on than the hapless Coyotes. Take the Bruins puck line.

NBA: New York Knicks vs Milwaukee Bucks -8.5 (-115), 10:10 pm ET

The Bucks are 30-20 and occupy 6th place in the East with a good chance of improving on that now that Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday are finally healthy. Coming off a loss to Cleveland, they’ll have to do a lot better tonight if they want to beat the Knicks. I expect them to do so, as they are 17-8 at home this season and their last 2 wins against New York were by 12 and 15 points. The Bucks are fully healthy and playing a team that has underperformed all season. Take the Bucks to cover.
