We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Friday, including action from the CONCACAF Gold Cup, and the MLB slate.

Two picks are taken from each sport and a winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +705 with BetMGM; that’s more than 7/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

Best CONCACAF Gold Cup pick: Guadeloupe vs. Jamaica -1 (-135), 6.30pm ET

Guadeloupe has a tall task in front of them. They are playing a confident Jamaican side that is coming off a shutout victory and has not lost in 10 straight Gold Cup group stage matches. In Guadeloupe’s opening game against Costa Rica, the stage looked too bright. Costa Rica found themselves on the front foot for much of the contest, while supplying a multitude of goalscoring chances. Despite scoring a goal, Guadeloupe only had a 0.8 xG rating. Guadeloupe showed tremendous heart on the pitch but it’s clear they are overmatched and will likely lose by multiple goals.

Best MLB pick: Texas Rangers vs. Toronto Blue Jays -1.5 (-135), 7.07pm ET

Not only is Toronto’s offense one of the best in the American League, but Robbie Ray has also been a reliable starter over the last two months. Since the beginning of June, Ray is 5-2 with a strong 2.43 ERA over eight starts. He has reached double-digit strikeouts in half of those outings, and only nine teams have struck out more than the Rangers against left-handed pitchers this season. With the far superior offense and a reliable starter on the mound, back the Blue Jays on the -1.5 run line.

Best MLB pick: Tampa Bay Rays vs. Atlanta Braves ML (-135), 7.20pm ET

Atlanta suffered another disappointment with the devastating season-ending injury to Ronald Acuna just before the break, but they have made it clear in recent hours that they are not giving up just yet. The Braves acquired Joc Pederson from the Cubs on Thursday and he will immediately take over in right field. Assuming he’s activated Friday, his first at-bats in a Braves uniform will come against Michael Wacha, who’s really regressed over the past few years.

Wacha looked like a budding star his first few seasons as a Cardinal, but after a subpar 2019 there he had a forgettable 2020 pitching for the Mets and has bounced between the rotation and the bullpen in his first season in the American League. He has given up too many hits to have any confidence in him even without Acuna in the leadoff spot for the opposing lineup, so go with Atlanta.

Best CONCACAF Gold Cup pick: Suriname vs. Costa Rica Over 2.5 Goals (-190), 8.30pm ET

Both Suriname and Costa Rica have leaky defenses. Suriname has conceded 1.14 goals per contest this year and Costa Rica 1.30. While both have conceded a fair amount of goals, they both find themselves in advantageous positions with both having average xG over 1.11. We expect this to be a fast-paced game and will therefore back the over 2.5 goals.
