It is almost the weekend, but there are plenty of games to look forward to on Thursday night. This means it is time to have some fun and look for some of the best bets across all the different sports and pile them into one parlay. We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay which will take you right through the day, including action from the NBA, NHL, and college basketball.

Each pick is taken from a different sport with one additional pick from the NHL. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1470 with DraftKings — more than 14/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

Best College Basketball Pick: Western Kentucky Hilltoppers +11.5 (-110) vs. Houston Cougars, 7 p.m ET

As an away underdog the Hilltoppers are 2-1 SU/ATS including a win over Alabama. WKU has a legit pro prospect in big man Charles Bassey and the Cougars for all of their strengths do not play with much size. I think WKU wins enough inside to keep this one very close. Western Kentucky shoots it really well from the foul line too (79% – ninth) so an upset is very possible if they can keep it close into the final couple of minutes.

Best NHL Pick: Chicago Blackhawks ML (+106) vs. Columbus Blue Jackets, 7 p.m ET

The Chicago Blackhawks are shocking a lot of people in the hockey community right now. After starting their season with four straight losses they’re now third in their division with a solid 10-6-4 record. On the flip side, the Columbus Blue Jackets have been a bit of a disappointment. After losing their first four of five games, the Jackets still haven’t bounced back and are looking at a mediocre 8-7-5 record. In their last 10 games, Chicago has been one of the hottest teams in the league going 7-2-1 in that stretch, while Columbus has a brutal 4-4-2 record in their last 10. The Hawks’ recent success could be attributed to rookie goaltender Kevin Lankinen. He’s won five of his last seven starts and has an impressive 2.59 GAA and .921 SVP on the season.

Best NBA Pick: Sacramento Kings vs. New York Knicks -2 (-112), 7:30 p.m ET

The Kings have had very little success defensively, allowing 118 points or more in eight straight games. If that trend continues, their losing streak will likely grow as the Knicks have not conceded more than that in their last ten games. The Kings are also struggling for offensive consistency, with Buddy Hield, De’Aaron Fox and Harrison Barnes regularly following up strong scoring nights with low-scoring performances. If they do not show up tonight, the best ranked defense in the league will have no trouble shutting the Kings down.

Best NHL Pick: Montreal Canadiens vs. Winnipeg Jets ML (+110), 8 p.m ET

The Jets have won two in a row and three of their last four games. Unlike the Canadiens, the Jets have not played in four days and have used that time to build the chemistry with their new stacked top line. In their last game the top line of Mark Scheifele, Blake Wheeler and newly acquired Pierre-Luc Dubois combined for nine points. Scheifele has been the team MVP with nine points over his last five games to right this ship and take the Jets back into a playoff spot. The Jets are now a top ten team in goals for with 3.39 per game and will look to bury a Canadiens team that is lost with no direction.
