We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Tuesday, including picks from the MLB and MLS. Three picks are taken from the MLB, with one pick from the MLS. A winning ticket would give us a nice payout with odds of +729 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Let’s break down each of these plays.

MLB: Philadelphia Phillies ML (-180) over Cincinnati Reds, 6:40 pm ET

Projected starters are right-hander Kyle Gibson for the Phillies and right-hander T.J. Zeuch for the Reds. Gibson is 7-5 in 22 starts with an ERA of 4.29. Gibson has been dealing though in August, as he has an ERA of 1.93 this month.

Offensively, the edge goes to the Phillies. In the last 15 days they have been a borderline top 10 offense in team average, OBP and OPS, whereas the Reds rank at or in the bottom 10 in those same categories. Back the team fighting for their playoff lives and place your bet on the Phillies money line.

MLB: Detroit Tigers vs Cleveland Guardians – Under 8 runs (-120), 7:10 pm ET

Low totals have been hot for these teams recently in general and head-to-head. The over under record in the season series as of Monday night is 5-9-2. In their respective last 10 games the over has hit just 4 times in those combined 20 games.

The under has been more prominent for Detroit all season as their over under record is 40-66-11 overall and 17-37-5 on the road. Cleveland’s bats don’t quite have the firepower to be relied on to carry a high total by themselves, so for that reason, backing yet another under will be the play for Tuesday night.

MLB: Colorado Rockies vs St. Louis Cardinals – Over 7.5 runs (-115), 7:45 pm ET

Hitting lefties has been the Rockies’ strength all season. They’ve been within the top 5 of that category all year, currently sitting as the 4th-best lineup against them. One of the few teams ahead of them is the Cardinals. Led by NL MVP favorite Paul Goldschmidt, he and Nolan Arenado have the team as the 2nd-best lineup against lefties. This game may not get to double-digits but should have no problem getting over this number.

MLS: Los Angeles FC ML and Over 2.5 total goals (-180) vs DC United, 10:30 pm ET

LAFC is coming off a 5-0 win over Charlotte FC on Saturday, which widened their Supporters’ Shield lead to 6 points. The goals keep coming for LAFC as they have found the net 33 times in 13 home matches. On the defensive side of things, they are averaging 1 goal conceded per match at home. However, LAFC has not recorded a shutout in consecutive matches this season so there is a decent chance DC United could bag a goal. For that reason, backing LAFC to win a high-scoring game will be the play.
