We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Friday, including picks from the MLB, NBA, college football and NHL. One pick is taken from each sport and a winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +1217 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

MLB pick today: San Diego Padres ML over Philadelphia Phillies(-115), 7:37 pm ET

The Phillies took Game 1 thanks to an excellent outing from Zack Wheeler, but Aaron Nola and the Philadelphia bullpen were rocked in Game 2 as they allowed a combined 8 runs and 13 hits. Game 2 was a bad loss for the Phillies because they rely on winning games behind their 1-2 punch of Wheeler and Nola. After those 2 aces, the talent in their starting pitching drops off very fast, and that includes Ranger Suarez.

While the Phillies have a limited starting rotation, the Padres third starter might be their best. Joe Musgrove has allowed 2 runs and 7 hits in 13 innings this postseason which came against the Mets and Dodgers. The Phillies’ bullpen also has an ERA of 4.00 in the postseason, which is the highest bullpen ERA of the remaining four teams. With unreliable pitching options, backing the Padres to win Game 3 will be the play.

NBA pick today: Boston Celtics -2.5 over Miami Heat (-110), 7:40 pm ET

Boston opened their season with an impressive win over Philadelphia at home. The duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylon Brown were in midseason form, scoring 35 points each against the 76ers. Best of all, they did not get overwhelmed inside against Joel Embiid without Robert Williams III in the lineup.

Based on their season opener, Miami did not look like a team that is going to challenge for the top of the East like it did a year ago. Therefore backing the Celtics to win and cover will be the play.

College Football pick today: UAB Blazers ML over Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (+105), 8:00 pm ET

These teams have very different styles of play. Western Kentucky loves to throw the ball all over the field, and they do it with tempo. Meanwhile, UAB loves its defense, and has a bruising running game.

At this point in the season, UAB is the better overall team. The Hilltoppers have struggled in 2 of their last 3 games, taking losses at home to Troy and on the road to UTSA before getting back on track at MTSU last week. The Blazers also look to be a little more dependable right now, so for that reason, backing them to pull off the road upset will be the play.

NHL pick today: Seattle Kraken vs Colorado Avalanche – Over 6.5 goals (-125), 9:05 pm ET

The Kraken are currently 5th in the NHL with a total of 14 goals on the season, while the Avalanche sit 3rd in the league with 17 goals. The over is also 4-1 in the Avalanche’s last 5 home games. Look for the Avalanche to fill the back of the net tonight and jump on this young Kraken team. Also look for the Kraken to be able to produce a couple of goals as the Avalanche’s goaltending tandem has not been up to par so far to start the season. For that reason, backing the over will be the play.
