Pickswise was nice enough to give me the opportunity to write my plays up for you all. For those of you who don’t know me, they refer to me as JutPicks on Twitter. I post all my plays with brief write-ups every day. Now I get to write even more with no character limit!

I pride myself in being as transparent as they come. My NBA record from last season and this season are listed in my bio alongside with my MLB and NFL record. Currently, for the 2021-2022 season, our NBA record stands at 39-35 +.63units. Without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite plays for Sunday:

Dejounte Murray (SAS) over 17.5 points (-105)

Line available at DraftKings at the time of publishing.

If you follow me on Twitter, you know I love backing Dejounte Murray. Today, he travels to the Staples Center to face the Los Angeles Lakers, whose defense is underwhelming. Their defense as a whole is struggling mightily, but especially against guards. They allow the 2nd-most points to point guards and Murray scored 21 points against them while shooting 9/24 from the field in late October. In the last game, he attempted only 14 shots in 31 minutes (one of the lowest field goal attempts and minutes all year) and scored 15 points.

Murray is 6/10 on the season scoring over 18 points and nobody on the Lakers defense can guard him on the perimeter.

Draymond Green (GS) over 15.5 rebounds + assists (-120)

Line available at Fanduel at the time of publishing

The 4x All NBA defensive first team power forward continues to stuff the stat sheet this season. After a slow 3 game start averaging 13 rebounds and assists per game, he has answered with 7 out of 9 games going over the 16 rebound and assist mark. This game plays perfect to what the Hornets will do; fast and run small ball lineups. They rank 3rd in pace, 28th in assists allowed, and 29 in rebounds allowed. Draymond surpassed this number against Charlotte earlier this season with 10 rebounds and 8 assists.

The 3x NBA champion is a huge component of the Warriors offense and number 1 ranked defense and will be looked upon to defend the Hornets tough wing players.
