We are approaching the home stretch of the 2021 MLB season and we now know more or less where things stand. We’ve got a big slate on Tuesday, and there are plenty of opportunities for value. We don’t have too many days of regular season baseball left, why not try to go for a big payday? That’s right; we’re back with another MLB mega parlay, this time a 3-teamer with a payout north of 13/1, and we’re counting on the Phillies to keep up their recent success.

I just cashed this mega parlay on Sunday at 13/1, now let’s make it two days out of three! We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every MLB game, with our team of experts in red-hot form.

Cleveland Indians -1.5 (+125)

Miami Marlins ML (+150)

Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 (+150)

Parlay odds: +1306

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Cleveland Indians -1.5 (+125) over Minnesota Twins

To start this mega parlay we’ve got the Indians in the day’s first game. Cleveland is still 10-6 in their last 16 games even after losing the opener of this series on Monday. The Indians quietly have the third-highest OPS in the league over the past 30 days. Now they get to face John Gant, who has not fared well with the Twins. In 10 appearances and three starts with Minnesota since being acquired from the Cardinals, Gant has a 6.00 ERA.

Over his last 15 and 1/3 innings, he’s given up 13 earned runs. Indians starter Aaron Civale is coming off the IL for this outing, and I think everyone has forgotten how good he was before getting hurt. In 15 starts this season he has a WHIP of 1.06. Cleveland is 12-3 in those 15 starts.

Miami Marlins ML (+150) over New York Mets

The Mets helped us cash this mega parlay on Sunday, but we’re throwing them under the bus here. New York’s hot streak might be over, as they’ve now lost two of their last three games to drop them back to .500. Momentum can change in a hurry. Miami has been having a season to forget, but they’ve actually been pretty good at home this year. The Marlins are just 57-80 overall, but are a very solid 36-33 at home.

New York will start Carlos Carrasco, who has been a disaster after missing the first few months of the season on the IL. Through seven starts, Carrasco has a 6.59 ERA. We all know how bad the Mets’ offense can be, so there’s no way I would lay significant juice from them with a subpar starter on the mound.

Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 (+150) over Milwaukee Brewers

To wrap up this mega parlay and hopefully bring us home, we’ve got the Phillies on the run line. Philly has caught fire again, and they’ve gone 8-2 in their last 10 games. In 7 of those 8 wins, they’ve scored at least 7 runs. A 12-0 victory over Milwaukee on Monday was their latest. I’ve been skeptical of this Brewers team and all their success, and they’ve actually been much worse at home than on the road this year.

They might be 84-55, but they’re still 19th in the league in OPS. I can’t back them without one of their aces on the mound. Eric Lauer has been solid enough, but certainly not spectacular. In his one other start against the Phillies earlier this year, he gave up 3 home runs.
