Monday brings us another exciting night in the NBA with 9 games being played and the biggest game of the night is in Memphis where the Grizzlies entertain the Golden State Warriors. Tip-off is at 8:00 pm ET on NBA TV, and I’ve also prepared a same game parlay to make things a bit more interesting.

Don’t forget to check our predictions on the side and total for the rest of Monday’s 9-game slate, but let’s jump into the Warriors vs Grizzlies game first!

Golden State Warriors +11 (-114)

Steven Adams to record 12+ rebounds (+158)

Desmond Bane to score 25+ points (-124)

Parlay odds: +1818

Golden State Warriors +11 (-114)

People are quick to dismiss the Warriors here, and with the way they’ve been playing lately, I don’t blame them. But, I do believe they can keep this game somewhat close for a couple of reasons. They’ve beaten the Grizzlies already once this season by 9 points at home, and the 2 losses they suffered were by 3 and 8 points — even if they lose by 10 points tonight they still cover the spread.

With 5 losses in their last 6 games, I expect coach Steve Kerr to be on his guys here. At some point pride has to kick in as well, we all know they are better than what they’ve been showing us lately. They’ve lost by more than 11 points twice this month and one of those games was when Curry went down in the middle of the game against Boston. I believe tonight’s game will be a close one, but ultimately the Grizzlies get the win.

Steven Adams to record 12+ rebounds (+158)

In less than 27 minutes per game over his last 10 games, Adams is averaging 11.3 rebounds. Against a Golden State team that is very limited when it comes to inside presence, he should have a solid stat line. He’s collected over 10.5 boards in 3 straight games and in 6 of his last 7, so the consistency is also there. Kevon Looney of the Warriors stands no chance against him, as Adams is 2 inches taller and weighs almost an extra 45lbs. Fingers crossed his physicality can give him an advantage here.

Desmond Bane to score 25+ points (-124)

Over his last 10 games, Bane is very close to shooting 50-50-90 from the field, three-point line and free-throw line, which is incredible considering he is playing just 29.1 minutes per game. That kind of efficiency hasn’t been seen in quite some time from a player at his position — he is the main offensive weapon for the Grizzlies with Ja Morant not playing. During that stretch, he has averaged 21.6 points per game and he’s scored 20+ points in 9 of 12 games this month.

The Warriors as a team have really struggled to contain opponents lately, and over their last 3 games they are allowing 116 points per game. There is also a good chance Klay Thompson might get the night off, so that would be one less elite defender for Bane to worry about.
