NY Knicks ML (-138)

Jalen Brunson 2+ Made Threes (-380)

Josh Hart to Record 8+ Assists (+290)

Same Game Parlay odds: +505

NY Knicks ML (-138)

This game means a lot more to the Knicks than it does to the Celtics, I don’t think there’s much of argument to be made there. Boston has secured the best record in the league, we just saw them lose by double-digits to a struggling Bucks team, without attempting a single free-throw in the game. Efforts like that are good enough of a signal for us to know that they’re not taking these remaining couple of games seriously, so the Knicks should profit off that.

New York is still in a 4-team battle for the 3rd seed, they head into this one on a solid groove having won 10 of their last 15 games. They’re also an encouraging 7-3 ATS in their last 10 overall, while in their last 18 visits to the TD Garden they’ve gone 5-13 SU. Not ideal, but in a game in which the Celtics are likely to rest players, I think the Knicks can secure a rare road win in Boston here.

Jalen Brunson 2+ Made Threes (-380)

If there is one thing I love about Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau, it’s the fact that he takes every single game as if his life depends on it. We won’t have to worry about Brunson playing limited minutes here, in fact he’s played at least 38 mins in 4 straight games, while in two of those he’s logged 42 mins. He’s coming off back-to-back 40-point performances as well, while averaging 39.5 per game in his last 4 outings. His three-ball is at a consistent 40% efficiency in the last 10 games played, while for the season he’s shooting just barely under 40% in road games. After a 7-for-12 effort from downtown in the win at Chicago, there’s no doubt in my mind he can follow it up with at least 2 threes scored against the Celtics tonight. Over the last 3 games Boston is a bottom 10 three-point defense in the NBA, allowing 38-4% of threes to go in.

Josh Hart to Record 8+ Assists (+290)

Josh Hart is the glue guy of this Knicks team and he’s also one of Thibodeau’s favorite players which is evident by his minutes played numbers. The ball spends quite a lot of time in his hands which has led to him averaging 7.1 assists per game over his last 10 outings. He’s cleared this line 5 times during that stretch, for a bet that lands 50% of the time we’re getting a quite decent +290 odds here. Hart’s job on the defensive end could be a lot easier this time around as well, the Celtics are likely to rest either one of Jayson Tatum or Jaylen Brown. That should give Hart plenty of freedom on the offensive end, in his last 2 games he vs Boston he came really close to this line with 6 and 7 assists respectively. We just saw the Bucks record 29 assists against the Celtics, a motivated Knicks team is more than capable of doing so as well here, led by Josh Hart.
