Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. The NBA In-Season Tournament continues tonight with another 4 teams in action. The later of the games will see Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns visit the Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James. Both stars will be motivated by the prospect of adding this title to their resumes. With the sum of money being given to each player on a team’s roster, they should also be motivated for their teammates, especially with many of them playing on a minimum salary. The celebrations on the Indiana Pacers bench last night just goes to show how much this can mean to them. I’ve pieced together a Suns vs Lakers Same Game Parlay, which you can read below. Make sure you also check out our NBA picks for tonight’s matchups.

Devin Booker 10+ assists (+370)

D’Angelo Russell 3+ made threes (+180)

Same Game Parlay odds: +918

Devin Booker 10+ assists (+370)

Devin Booker has taken over as the point guard for the Phoenix Suns and he has been delivering results. In 6 road games that he has appeared in, Booker is averaging 8.5 assists per game. It would not be surprising to see him exceed that here in what could be a game played at a quick tempo. The Lakers are currently in the top 10 of the NBA in pace of play which should help Booker and the Suns gain more possessions. With the Lakers being 20th in opponent assists per game too, the stage is set for Booker to spread the ball around. The hosts also have Anthony Davis in the middle. The Lakers star has recorded 8 blocks in the last 3 games. His willingness to come over as a help defender for blocks should encourage Booker to drive and kick, creating more assisting opportunities for him. Back the over on this one as a result.

D’Angelo Russell 3+ made threes (+180)

D’Angelo Russell has taken on the Phoenix Suns twice already this season, and has not shot well from deep in either game. However, look for that to change tonight. The guard is coming into tonight’s game having had a hot shooting November. Through the month, he is making 44.8% of his attempts. He also made at least 3 shots from deep in 5 of the 6 games in which he took at least 7 3-pointers in the month. Considering he has already attempted that many shots in a contest against the Suns this season, do not be surprised to see it happen once again with improved results. Having Booker defend him should encourage the Lakers man to be aggressive. And considering the pace of play mentioned earlier, there should be no shortage of opportunities for that.
