We have a reduced 5-game slate in the NBA today, but there are still plenty of opportunities for value. What better way to celebrate than by going for a big payday on Wednesday? That’s right; we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition. We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time.

But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA game.

Orlando Magic ML (+325)

Houston Rockets (+375)

Parlay odds: +1918

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Orlando Magic ML (+325) over Atlanta Hawks

To start this mega parlay off, I’m fading the Hawks. Atlanta is playing their first game of the whole season without Trae Young, and I don’t think they should be this large of a favorite with that kind of uncertainty. The Hawks have been a big disappointment this year already, going just 14-15, and that’s been with Young carrying them. Young has been the best point guard in the East, averaging 27 & 9.

Orlando is in the middle of a rebuild, but they did just take advantage and beat the Nets on the road in their most recent game when Brooklyn was without their best player. They could pull something similar here. I’m expecting the Hawks to look disjointed in their first game without their extremely high-volume floor general.

Houston Rockets (+375) over Milwaukee Bucks

It’s a similar story to wrap up this mega parlay. I don’t think the Bucks should be this large of a favorite against just about anybody when they don’t have Giannis Antetokounmpo or Khris Middleton. In their last two games, they’ve lost to the Cavs by 29 and to the lowly Pelicans. Without their stars they have a very low floor on offense, as evidenced by their 90-point showing their last time out. Houston has actually showed a pulse recently, and they’re 9-5 in their last 14 games.

When the Bucks played against Cleveland the other day, their roster was virtually unrecognizable due to COVID issues. Milwaukee quietly hadn’t looked all that elite even before Antetokounmpo hit the shelf. Jrue Holiday didn’t play against the Cavs, but he played in the loss to the Pelicans. When these teams played in Houston a couple of weeks ago it was a really close game that was neck and neck the entire way, and that was with Giannis still in the lineup.
