Tottenham to beat Newcastle +135

Tottenham has overtaken Aston Villa in the race for a top four finish and can add to its advantage with a win over Newcastle in Saturday’s early kickoff. The Magpies are struggling with the biggest injury list of any team in the Premier League; at least 12 first team players may be absent for this matchup.

They face a Tottenham team that has won 4 of its last 6 games and impressed when beating Nottingham Forest 3-1 last weekend. Newcastle was a touch fortunate to get the better of Fulham on Saturday and its inability to rotate their squad means that it could be vulnerable in this one. The Spurs won the reverse fixture 4-1 and should be able to make it 2 wins from 2 over these opponents this season to solidify their position in the top 4.

The home team may see their own European hopes take a major blow with a loss in this one.

Brighton to beat Burnley +100

Burnley lost a crucial game in the relegation battle last weekend,  beaten by Everton, and its time in the Premier League looks to be coming to an end sooner rather than later. The Clarets’ home record does not inspire confidence and they look vulnerable against Brighton.

Burnley has lost 11 of its 16 matches at Turf Moor and with just 1 win in the last 15 games, it is not hard to fade this club.

Vincent Kompany’s men are the second-lowest scorers and have the second-worst defense in the division, which is not an ideal combination and could be their undoing against a Brighton team that has only lost 1 of the last 7 head-to-heads.

Manchester United to beat Bournemouth +170

Bournemouth has struggled against teams above them in the table and may suffer the same fate when it faces Manchester United. The Cherries lost 2-1 to Luton last weekend and they have been beaten in 7 of the last 9 meetings between them and the Red Devils.

Erik Ten Hag’s team tied 2-2 with Liverpool last weekend and has now scored 10 goals in the last 4 games. Man U can struggle in defense but its attacking qualities means that that it may simply outscore the home team.
