ThriveFantasy NFL Player Props Week 18

Josh Jacobs over 70.5 rushing + receiving yards

Jacobs is looking to end the season on a high note and parlay himself into a nice contract this offseason, whether it be with the Raiders, or more likely, another NFL squad. With Jarrett Stidham under center, we saw Jacobs get 17 carries and five targets last week, totaling 95 total yards against a stout San Francisco defense. Jacobs now gets to face Kansas City, who he’s averaging 75.6 rushing yards against for his career, and back in Week 5, Jacobs totaled 193 total yards (154 rushing, 39 receiving) against Kansas City.

Zay Jones over 2.5 receptions

This line sits at only 2.5 receptions. I know we aren’t getting a ton of points from it, but 70 points are better than zero! He has at least three receptions in all but one of his last four games, and if we extend it to the full season, he has at least three receptions in all but two games! Trevor Lawrence likes looking to Jones, and back in Week 14 against Tennessee, Jones caught eight of 12 targets. Again, I know it’s not a ton of points, but it’s better than zero, and this seems like nearly free money against Tennessee’s soft pass defense.

Nick Chubb over 78.5 rushing yards

Chubb has averaged 72 yards per game on the ground in his career against the Steelers, and back in Week 3, he totaled 113 yards on 23 carries. He hasn’t scored a touchdown since Deshaun Watson has been the quarterback for the Browns, but he has averaged 18 carries and 81.8 yards per game with Watson. With a good dosage of volume on the horizon, expect Chubb to surpass this mark, en route to his fourth straight game with at least 90 yards rushing.

Aaron Jones over 66.5 rushing + receiving yards

Jones may not be playing the same amount of snaps as he was earlier in the year, but he’s incredibly effective with the opportunities given to him, and in this must-win game, expect the Pack to rely on Jones a good bit, perhaps even more than in the past couple of weeks. Jones averages 66 yards per game on the ground against Detroit for his career, and while Detroit held him in check back in Week 9, I’m not expecting a repeat of that game for Jones where he had just 45 total yards. Aaron Rodgers is playing much better of late, and we’ve seen Detroit’s run defense implode at times this year.
