We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Thursday, including picks from the MLB, NFL and College Football. One pick is taken from each sport with a second pick from the MLB. A winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +954 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Let’s break down each of these plays.

MLB pick today: Baltimore Orioles vs Boston Red Sox – Over 8.5 runs (-115), 1:35 pm ET

This series has been absolutely ideal for overs, and nothing has changed for this game. There were 22 runs scored in each of the first 2 games and we don’t even need half of that on Thursday. Fenway Park in Boston is a great hitters’ ballpark and the conditions are much the same for this game.

It also helps that the starters on the mound aren’t even in midseason form. Mike Baumann for the O’s has been starting consistently only this month after not throwing a single pitch in July or August. Similarly, Nathan Eovaldi hasn’t pitched in a month and a half and wasn’t perfect this season either. He’s strong enough and familiar enough with the O’s for a win, but expecting a shutout is rather far-fetched. For that reason, backing the over will be the play for this afternoon.

MLB pick today: Philadelphia Phillies ML over Chicago Cubs (-195), 2:20 pm ET

This is a crucial game for Philly as the season winds down and they continue working towards an NL wild-card spot. They have the Nationals up next, but they close out the season against the AL-best Astros. That makes this next week or so essential to capitalize on. Thankfully for Phillies fans, the Cubs know they have nothing to play for.

This Cubs lineup is depleted right now, which is great news for Phillies starter Ranger Suarez. He’s no ace, but he has a solid matchup even if Chicago was fully healthy. Bryce Harper and the Phillies lineup should also be able to provide enough run support against Cubs rookie starter Javier Assad. He appears to have a solid future, but this is a strong Phillies lineup he has to face. For that reason, backing the Phillies will be the play this afternoon.

College Football pick today: BYU Cougars -24 over Utah State Aggies (-105), 8:00 pm ET

BYU should win this game but by just how much? By the way both of these teams have looked this season, this game should be a blowout. Utah State has yet to cover the spread in any of its 4 games this campaign, while BYU boasts a 3-1 record ATS in its last 4 games played at home. Even though Utah State beat UConn, the Aggies are right on par with the them and Hawaii for the worst teams in 2022. This BYU defense is more than capable of shutting out this struggling Utah State offense. Expect the Cougars to roll as they could easily win this game by 30+ points.

NFL pick today: Miami Dolphins +3.5 over Cincinnati Bengals (-110), 8:20 pm ET

The Miami Dolphins are one of just two undefeated teams remaining in the NFL, and they will bid to keep it that way when they take on the Cincinnati Bengals. Some would say Miami has been lucky, but good teams find a way to win and head coach Mike McDaniel seems to have found the winning formula in Florida.

Cincinnati secured its first win of the season last week against the Jets, but that isn’t anything to get excited about and the jury is certainly still out on this Bengals team. There are plenty of questions over the Dolphins too, but they have looked the better team through 3 games this season, so backing them to keep this game within a field goal will be the play.
