About Last Night

NBA mega parlay cashes at +1148 odds!
The Timberwolves’ 119-118 win over the Grizzlies provided a dramatic conclusion to Saturday’s NBA action, and it also brought home our Saturday NBA Playoffs mega parlay at +1148 odds! Andrew Ortenberg had also predicted the earlier wins over the Raptors (vs 76ers) and Celtics (vs Nets), with all three legs at plus money! Saturday’s other game was another 1-point contest, with the Jazz beating the Mavericks 100-99.

Cabrera reaches 3,000
There were mixed fortunes for the Tigers in their double-header against the Rockies, as they won the first game 13-0, with Miguel Cabrera getting his 3,000th hit, but lost the second game 3-2. The Yankees pulled out a dramatic 5-4 win over the Guardians, while the Reds’ losing run reached 11 with a 5-0 home loss to the Cardinals.

NHL Best Bet cashes
Some of the NHL’s top teams needed overtime to get wins on Saturday, as the Hurricanes beat the Devils 3-2, the Panthers beat the Maple Leafs by the same score and the Blues beat the Coyotes 5-4. Our NHL best bet of the Stars 3-way money line against the Kraken was happily settled in regulation time.

Best Bet of the Day

Golden State Warriors -4 vs Denver Nuggets
3:30 pm ET, ABC

The Golden State Warriors took a commanding 3-0 series lead with their win on Thursday night in Denver. The Nuggets have simply had no answers for the Warriors’ offense in this series and outside of Nikola Jokic, they aren’t getting nearly enough contributions to keep pace offensively. Given the degree of difficulty it would take to mount a comeback in this series and the noticeable signs of exhaustion and defeat that Denver has displayed, the Warriors have a great chance to finish this series in 4 games on Sunday afternoon. Check out our full preview of Warriors vs Nuggets.
