The Chiefs have dropped both of their preseason contests. Heading into the preseason finale, there is no need for Kansas City to push the envelope against the Bears trying to get a win. Andy Reid knows who the majority of his starters are, and at this point, he just wants to get through the preseason healthy while determining some remaining backup roles.

On the other side, the Bears have more to work through. New head coach Ben Johnson is bringing a new offensive scheme to Chicago, and with plenty of young skill players, getting as familiar as possible with the system is still a work in progress. Don’t expect Johnson to pull out all the stops, but he could put together a game plan that still is purposeful and correlated with regular-season plans. Back the Bears +1.5 in this one.
