Indianapolis Colts vs Baltimore Ravens Prediction, Odds and Picks for Thursday, 08/07/25

The Colts’ quarterback battle is underway. Both Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson are slated to play in this game, and both will have a high sense of urgency. Both quarterbacks are mobile, which could make life difficult for Baltimore’s defense in this one.

On the other side, new Baltimore back-up quarterback Cooper Rush is expected to play a good chunk of the preseason opener. It would be wise for John Harbaugh to play him for the majority of the game, as Rush needs to get acclimated with Baltimore’s offensive scheme before the regular season. It’s somewhat rare to see a preseason game that features this many experienced quarterbacks, and given Harbaugh’s tendency to try to win in preseason more than others, the Over has plenty of appeal in this one.
