Game 3 of the four-game set between the Atlanta Braves and the Washington Nationals will be played on Wednesday night. These teams have split the first two games with one win apiece. In each of the wins, it was a convincing victory each time. Due to the pitching matchup we have in this game, I think we could see another lop-sided victory. The Braves will be sending Martin Perez to the mound who has been stellar in his first four outings. He has a 2.21 ERA in 20.1 innings and has only given up five earned runs. The Nationals will be handing the ball to Zack Littell. He has a 7.11 ERA in 19.0 innings this season, and he was tagged for eight earned runs on 11 hits in his last start. Going up against this explosive Braves offense that is averaging the 2^nd most runs per game this season with 5.7 is not what Littell needs to see. To make things worse, in a limited sample size, many of the Braves batters have good numbers against Littell.
