MLB Playoffs Bracket – League Championship Series

The 2020 MLB Playoffs got underway less than two weeks ago with 16 teams in the mix, but now only four remain.

The League Championship Series’ are upon us and both ALCS and NLCS clashes look set to be ones to remember.

The Tampa Bay Rays edged a thrilling Game 5 to advance to the American League Championship Series at the expense of the New York Yankees. The Rays will play the Houston Astros, who saw off the Oakland Athletics 3-1 in their best-of-five series. The Astros are the surprise of the MLB Playoffs so far, having advanced to this stage despite posting a losing record during the regular season.

As for the National League Championship Series, two teams on red-hot streaks collide as the L.A. Dodgers take on the Atlanta Braves.

Both these teams won their NLDS 3-0 and are yet to actually lose a game in the playoffs. The Braves comfortably beat the Miami Marlins, while the Dodgers put an end to the San Diego Padres’ hopes.

The winners of the ALCS and NCLS will advance to the 2020 MLB World Series, which this year takes place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers.
