Brown is averaging 34PR per game on the season, so getting this line below a season average is always a great start. The Nets are allowing the most RPG to opposing SFs over the L7 and Ben Simmons missing another game helps Brown on the glass. The Celtics are coming off of 3 days rest from that controversial OT win over the Lakers, and Brown performs well in rested scenarios. Against the Nets earlier this season, he had one of his better games in 2022-2023, finishing with 34P and 10R. 1U

FVV is averaging 30PA over the L10 games and has performed well in this recent road trip. Tonight, he gets the Utah Jazz, who have been thrashed by smaller, ball dominant guards of late: Damian Lillard 60 points, Kyrie Irving 48 points, and Terry Rozier 23 points. I added in the assists as he’s averaging 12.5 potential assists per game since the start of the year and his 23ppg over the L10 give us some wiggle room on the assists. 1U

Johnson has hit this line in 3 of the L4 games and 4 of the L6. The Hawks are in the midst of a West coast road trip and allow the 3rd most PPG to opposing PFs. Phoenix is in dire need of offense and Johnson has added a perimeter scoring threat to help alleviate the burden on Ayton in the paint and 37-year-old Chris Paul. Mikal Bridges is too inconsistent and will likely expel his energy jockeying between Trae Young and Dejounte Murray. Johnson offers someone who can trade baskets with Trae Young and space the floor for Ayton. 1U
