The NCAA tournament’s First Round is finally here, but there are still plenty of other sports to find value on today. This means it is time to have some fun and look for some of the best bets across all the different sports and pile them into one parlay. We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay which will take you right through the night, including action from the NHL, NBA, and college basketball.

Each pick is taken from a different sport with a second college basketball pick. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1209 with FanDuel — more than 12/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

Best NHL Pick: Calgary Flames vs. Toronto Maple Leafs Under 6.5 Goals (-118), 7  p.m ET

Since veteran coach Darryl Sutter took over for the Calgary Flames they have really tightened up their defensive side of the game. Calgary will want to try to replicate the two-game series they recently played vs. the Canadiens in which they allowed just one goal in each game. In the four games these teams have played so far, the under has come three times. The under is also 9-1-2 in the last 12 head-to-head meetings.

Best College Basketball Pick: Wisconsin Badgers vs. North Carolina Tar Heels -1.5 (-106), 7:10 p.m ET

The Tar Heels are 4-2 in their last six games with losses to Florida State and Syracuse by a combined five points. This stretch also includes victories over Florida State, Duke, and Virginia Tech. Walker Kessler, a 7’1” freshman, has blossomed over the past month to make what was already a stellar frontcourt even more formidable. Combine Kessler with Garrison Brooks and Armando Bacot and the Heels are downright scary down low.

The Badgers are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five overall, 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven against opponents with winning records, and 0-3-1 ATS in their last four at neutral sites. North Carolina is a 3-0-1 ATS in its last four overall, 5-2 ATS in its last seven as a favorite, and 5-1-1 ATS in its last seven against opponents with winning records. Go with the Tar Heels and do so with confidence.

Best NBA Pick: Utah Jazz -5 (-110) vs. Toronto Raptors, 8 p.m ET

There are very few arguments that the Utah Jazz are not the best team in the NBA. They are the only team in the league that ranks top-10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency. Simply put, there are 10 weapons on this team, and they are all capable of contributing at a high level on a nightly basis.

In Toronto’s last 10 games, they have the fifth-worst net rating of any team in the NBA. Do not let a loss to the Washington Wizards fool you into thinking that Utah is all of a sudden not a great basketball team. Back the Jazz with confidence in this matchup.

Best College Basketball Pick: Syracuse Orange vs. San Diego State Aztecs -3 (-110), 9:40 p.m ET

SDSU is the favorite and deservedly so, even though they are from a smaller conference. They did play some power-conference schools earlier in the year, beating UCLA and Arizona State. In terms of comparables for Syracuse, they had four games against Virginia and Clemson this season, the two best defensive teams in the ACC. They went 1-3 in those games, losing to UVA twice and splitting with Clemson. That does not bode well for them and therefore, we like the Aztecs to take care of business.
