The 2021 MLB season kicked off about three months ago, and the action has been jam-packed. Why not celebrate the weekend by going for a big payday on Saturday? That’s right; we’re back with another MLB mega parlay, this time a three-teamer with a payout north of 12/1, and we’re counting on the Reds to win big.

I just cashed the most recent MLB mega parlay I did for Wednesday’s slate; let’s do it again on Saturday!

We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. We’re diving in, but don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every MLB game, with our team of experts in red-hot form.

Chicago White Sox -2.5 (+180)

Cincinnati Reds -1.5 (+145)

Colorado Rockies ML (-105)

Parlay odds: +1238

Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Chicago White Sox -2.5 (+180)

White Sox starter Dallas Keuchel has really settled down after a rough start to the season. In five June outings, he had an ERA of 2.70. Considering he had a 1.99 ERA in 11 brilliant starts last year, it was only a matter of time before he figured things out. The White Sox are sizzling hot right now, riding a five-game win streak.

They’ve scored at least seven runs in each of those five games, so they’re exactly the kind of team you want to bet on this alt run line. They crushed the Tigers by six in the first game of this series, and I don’t see why they won’t do that again here. Detroit starter Tarik Skubal certainly isn’t anything to be afraid of, and the Tigers have one of the worst bullpens in the league. The White Sox roll here.

Cincinnati Reds -1.5 (+145)

The Cubs’ lineup has been very weak-hitting lately, and they’ve just been playing poorly overall. Chicago has lost seven straight now after falling to the Reds in the opener of this series. The Reds also have a sizable edge on the mound here with Tyler Mahle going up against Adbert Alzolay. Over Alzolay’s last three starts, he’s given up nine walks and 11 earned runs in only 10 and 2/3 innings. He didn’t make it out of the fifth inning in any of those.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Cubs lost each of those three games by a combined score of 20-5. Reds starter Tyler Mahle has been very solid on the heels of his impressive 2020 campaign, and he was great last time he faced the Cubs. In his last start against Chicago back on May 30th, he gave up no runs and only two baserunners in five innings, a game which the Reds won 5-1.

Colorado Rockies ML (-105)

To wrap this mega parlay up and hopefully bring us home, we’ve got the Rockies on the money line. Colorado is quietly picking up steam, and they’ve won four straight entering Friday. They’ve also given up two or fewer runs in each of those five games, which is impressive since they’ve all been at Coors Field. Speaking of Coors, the Rockies always play dramatically better at home. In fact, their home/road splits are staggering.

Even though their overall record doesn’t look inspiring, they’re 29-16 at home this season. At home, they’re one of the best teams in the league. As shocking as that sounds. Rockies starter Kyle Freeland started the year hurt, and when he finally came off the IL he was understandably rusty. He’s now shaking it off, giving up only one run in 11 innings over his last two starts. The Cardinals have been pretty terrible the last few weeks, and will start 36-year-old journeyman Wade LeBlanc here. LeBlanc has a 5.60 ERA this season and has been awful the last couple of years.
