Baseball is finally back in full swing. The 2021 MLB season officially kicked off last week, and the action has been jam-packed. Why not celebrate the end of the second weekend by going for a nice payday on Sunday? That’s right, we’re back with another MLB mega parlay, this time a three-teamer with a payout just shy of 15/1 where we’re counting on the Dodgers to keep on rolling. After cashing our mega parlay Tuesday at nearly 17/1 odds, we’re looking for another success here.

We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. We’re diving in, but don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every MLB game, with our team of experts in red-hot form to start the season.

Colorado Rockies -1.5 (+165)

Los Angeles Dodgers -1.5 (+110)

Arizona Diamondbacks -1.5 (+175)

Parlay odds: +1430

Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Colorado Rockies -1.5 (+165)

The Giants might be 5-3 to start the season, but I’m not buying it. They haven’t topped four runs in any of their past six games, and their pitching isn’t good enough to sustain this. They’ll start Anthony DeSclafini here, who only gave up one run in his first start. But he gave up seven baserunners in five innings, and was lucky to escape with only that one run. In nine games and seven starts with the Reds last year, he had a 7.22 ERA. The Rockies will start German Marquez, who has a 3.60 ERA through two 2021 starts despite struggling with his control. If he’s just a bit more accurate here, I think he’s going to have a lot of success against a weak Giants lineup. He only gave up one run in his first start, and that was against the Dodgers at Coors Field.

Los Angeles Dodgers -1.5 (+110)

The Dodgers should roll here. Clayton Kershaw was absolutely dominant in his most recent start against the A’s, holding Oakland to one run and four hits in seven innings. The Nationals’ offense has really struggled this season, as evidenced by their back to back shutout losses on Wednesday and Friday. Given that, I don’t think they’re going to give Kershaw too much trouble. The Dodgers have started off 7-2, and are 7-1 since their Opening Day hiccup against the Rockies. This team really is a juggernaut, and there aren’t going to be too many times this season that you’ll get plus-money when laying -1.5 with them. Max Scherzer gave up four home runs in his first start of 2021, and I’m not too scared of him here.

Arizona Diamondbacks -1.5 (+175)

Now is the time to sell-high on the Reds while you still can. Their offense overachieved during the first week of the season to propel them to a 6-1 record, but things started to crumble in a big way on Saturday. They lost in lopsided fashion to the Diamondbacks, and I think we see something similar here on Sunday. Jose De Leon will start for Cincinnati here, and his start last week was his first in the big leagues since 2016. Simply put, there’s a reason why he was nearly out of the league for years, and he’s only in the rotation because of injuries. He has a 7.79 ERA in 34 and 2/3 career major league innings. Conversely now is the time to buy-low on Luke Weaver, as he had some really bad luck in his first start of the season at Coors Field.
