Boston Red Sox ML over Toronto Blue Jays

In three of his last four appearances, Boston starter Garrett Richards has worked at least 5.0 innings while allowing no more than one run. Full game preview

San Francisco Giants ML over Cincinnati Reds

The Giants have been one of the big surprises in the league so far and their fine form should continue with Kevin Gausman on the mound. Full game preview

Trevor Rogers of the Marlins is sporting a 1.84 ERA in 44.0 innings and he has allowed more than two earned runs in only one of his eight starts. Full game preview

Baltimore Orioles ML over Tampa Bay Rays

Baltimore’s John Means leads the American League with a 1.21 ERA and he is holding opposing hitters to a .152 batting average so far in 2021. Full game preview

Atlanta Braves ML over New York Mets

It’s hard to think the Braves will get swept at home and although Charlie Morton has not been great this year he is generally a reliable performer. Full game preview

Washington Nationals ML over Chicago Cubs

The Cubs’ bats have been quiet for the most part this season and that may continued with Washington right-hander Max Scherzer toeing the rubber. Full game preview

St. Louis Cardinals ML over Pittsburgh Pirates

Jack Flaherty has been outstanding for the Cardinals, whereas Trevor Cahill has been all over the place for the Pirates this season. Full game preview

New York Yankees ML over Texas Rangers

In 26.1 innings over his last four starts, Yankees veteran Corey Kluber has allowed just seven runs and has racked up 27 strikeouts. Full game preview

Milwaukee Brewers ML over Kansas City Royals

Milwaukee right-hander Corbin Burnes was great in 2021, with a 2.11 ERA. He has been even better in 2021, with a 58-to-1 strikeout-to-walk ratio. Full game preview

Houston Astros ML over Oakland Athletics

Zack Greinke remains in fine form for Houston and he has always pitched extremely well in Oakland (5-2 with a 2.41 ERA in 11 career starts). Full game preview

Seattle Mariners ML over Detroit Tigers

Tarik Skubal has a 5.73 ERA so far this year. In other words, there won’t be a second consecutive no-hitter for the Tigers. Full game preview
