We’ve only got two NBA games on Tuesday, but fortunately one of them is a great Western Conference showdown between the Utah Jazz and New Orleans Pelicans. A red-hot Donovan Mitchell and a red-hot Zion Williamson going head to head, what more can we ask for?

What better way to make this nationally televised showdown even more entertaining than by betting a same game parlay? We’ve also got thoughts on the side and total, which you can find out in our full game preview. If you’re new to same game parlays and want to find out more, be sure to check out our handy guide, which details how they work and which sportsbooks currently offer them.

Utah Jazz -6 (-115)

Donovan Mitchell over 24.5 points (-106)

Zion Williamson over 21.5 points (-112)

New Orleans Pelicans over 105.5 points (-118)

Parlay odds: +1609

We’ve got a four-leg one for you here, which pays out at over 16/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. By combining the Jazz with the Pelicans team total over we get a huge odds boost, when all we need is a high scoring game to cash this. Let’s break it down:

Utah Jazz -6 (-115)

The Jazz are on a roll right now, and I don’t see it slowing down here. Utah has won five straight games, with wins over very good Nuggets and Bucks teams in that span. Five of their last six wins have come by at least ten points, so I’m not too worried about this spread. They’ve managed to go 9-4 despite playing nine of their first 13 games on the road, so they should only get better as they finally get to settle back in at home. The Pelicans have been a disaster recently, losing five of their past six games, and one measly win over the Kings isn’t enough to get me back on the bandwagon.

Donovan Mitchell over 24.5 points (-106)

If the Jazz win this game by more than six points, guess who probably had a pretty good night? Mitchell. The fourth-year pro started slow but he’s now found his groove, and he’s shooting 41 percent from downtown in nine January games. He’s been particularly hot recently, scoring at least 26 points in four of his last five. He’s taken 20 shots in back to back games, and his volume will always be consistent. The Pelicans have struggled to contain opposing lead guards, and they just got torched by De’Aaron Fox for 43 points in their most recent game.

Zion Williamson over 21.5 points (-112)

This Williamson play certainly correlates with the Pels getting to at least 106 points. Williamson also got off to a slow start, and he’s also been tearing it up lately. The sophomore sensation has scored at least 21 points in six straight and dropped 32 last time out, so this line feels a little light even against a solid defensive team like Utah. Rudy Gobert will have his hands full banging around with Steven Adams down low, and Utah’s top wing defenders will be preoccupied with Brandon Ingram, so it’s not like they’ll be able to focus all their attention on Williamson here.

New Orleans Pelicans over 105.5 (-118)

We get a big odds boost from throwing this one in, when I really don’t think it’s all that unlikely. All we need is a shootout — pretty common in today’s NBA — and we’ll have a very good chance of cashing this whole parlay. The Pels have given up at least 111 points in seven straight games, so they know they’re going to have to score a lot here if they want a chance to win. New Orleans has scored at least 106 points in seven of their last eight games, including 128 most recently. They love to play in shootouts, and I think we get one here in this primetime game with both offenses wanting to show out on the national stage.
