There is just not a lot of ideas better than throwing together a same game parlay on the Los Angeles Clippers and Phoenix Suns game tonight. ESPN is carrying it for us so everyone will be able to see it. Both teams are in the top three in the Western Conference standings. Even without Kawhi Leonard, there is plenty of star power with Paul George, Devin Booker and Chris Paul. This actually might be the perfect game to take a stab at a giant payday.

Chris Paul Over 1.5 made threes (+115)
It’s Chris Paul against one of his former teams and I’m here for it. I’m not a total narrative guy but it’s hard to imagine Paul not wanting to stick it to the Clippers a little. Think about a job you’ve had in the past. You’re lying if you say you would want to rub something in your old boss’s face. Maybe it’s just me. Instead of going after points, rebounds or assists, the smart way to go at this is with made three-pointers. Paul has made at least two in each of his last five games. Why won’t he do it again tonight?
Phoenix Suns team total Over 111.5 points (-105)
The Suns are an actual wagon at this point and it is noticeable on offense. They just got done playing the who’s who of the Eastern Conference and they went 3-2 while averaging 113.4 points per game. Tonight they are matched up with a Clippers team that is fresh off of allowing the Pelicans to score 120 on them. Not having Kawhi Leonard hurts defensively and the Suns have the firepower to take advantage. Phoenix should score at least 112 points tonight.
Clippers vs Suns Under 56.5 *1st Q (-106)
This one gave us a giant odds boost given that it is an under combined with an over in the same game. Not only is it an odds booster, it’s also a good bet. The last time these two teams got together, they barely made it to 50 points. The Clippers have been playing fast in the opening quarter but there is no slower team than the Suns over the last five games. Phoenix is three possessions slower than any other team so unless both squads come out on fire, this one is not making it to 57 in the first quarter.
Reggie Jackson Over 4.5 assists (+130)
With no Leonard, Reggie Jackson is getting more and more play-making opportunities and he’s making them count. In his last three games, Jackson has gone over 4.5 assists in all of them. Keep in mind he only played 19 minutes last time out and still hit the number. The Clippers are not likely to get blown out tonight as the line is only four. If and when the game stays close, Jackson will see the floor. Look for him to drop at least five dimes tonight.
