NFL Week 17 same game parlay (+523 odds): Las Vegas Raiders vs Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts guard Quenton Nelson (56) lifts Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (28) after he scores a touchdown late in the fourth quarter to tie the game Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021, during a game against the Tennessee Titans at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The Indianapolis Colts are arguably the hottest team in football right now, and they are looking to keep things rolling on Sunday afternoon against the visiting Las Vegas Raiders. Indianapolis can clinch a playoff spot with a win, but Las Vegas is still fighting for a playoff spot of its own. The Colts find themselves as -6 favorites, and this should be an entertaining matchup to watch unfold.

Under 45.5 (-110)

Jonathan Taylor first TD scorer (+260)

Parlay odds: +523

Under 45.5 (-110)

The under has cashed in each of Indianapolis’ last 3 games. The Colts’ defense is clicking, as they have held their opponents to 16, 17, and 0 points during their 3-game winning streak. Even with Carson Wentz now playing, the Indianapolis offense will turn to RB Jonathan Taylor and the running game early and often. The former Wisconsin standout has tallied 1,626 yards this season, which is by far the most in the league. Stopping Taylor and the Indy running game is no easy task, but there may be some hope for Vegas’ defense. They held the Broncos to just 18 rushing yards and 158 total yards last week. That should give them some confidence heading into this matchup. Overall, the clock should keep moving at a decent pace when Indy has the ball, which may be enough to keep this one under the total.

Jonathan Taylor first TD scorer (+260)

As previously mentioned, Taylor figures to be a big part of Indianapolis’ game plan offensively. Taylor has cemented himself as an MVP-candidate, and he has found the end zone 19 times so far this season. He did not score a touchdown last week against the Cardinals, but that was just the 4th game in which he was held without a touchdown this season. Prior to last week’s contest, Taylor had reeled off a streak of 11 straight games with a touchdown. Taylor’s odds to score at any time in this game is listed at -240, so there is not a whole lot of value there. The +260 odds as the game’s first TD scorer is much more appealing, and sweetens the pot with this parlay. All in all, Taylor should get plenty of chances — especially in the red zone — and the Colts will be sure to get him going early.
