I'm an NFL handicapper here at Pickswise who was raised in a household full of sports fanatics. Since I unfortunately never had LeBron James' jumping ability I wasn't able to make it to the NBA, and chose writing about sports as the next best thing. An avid sports bettor myself, I'm excited to get to write about the industry as it gets set to take off across the country. Buckle up. We’re on to Tuesday with a sizable schedule in the NBA, NHL, and college basketball before the NBA takes its all-star break in a couple days. A double-header on TNT headlines the action on the professional hardwood, while there’s a jam-packed college hoops slate with a whole bunch of games. On the ice, we are liking theTampa Bay Lightning.

Let’s take a look at our four-team parlay across the three different sports.

Clippers -4.5 @ Celtics (-110)

Xavier -2.5 @ Georgetown (-110)

Duke ML (+105) @ Georgia Tech (-110)

Lightning -1.5 @ Stars (+160)

Parlay odds: +1882

NBA: Los Angeles Clippers -4.5 (-110) @ Boston Celtics, 7:30 pm ET

In the first half of that aforementioned TNT doubleheader, we think there’s some value with the Clippers. Sure the Celtics have won back to back games now, but that doesn’t mean all their issues are magically solved now. The two wins came against the Wizards and Pacers by a combined seven points, so I’m not going to give them too much credit. Especially because right before that, they were 3-8 in their previous 11 games. They beat the Clippers by four points in Los Angeles earlier in the year, and the Clips will be out for revenge here. The Clippers have lost four games over the past few weeks, and three of them were to the Jazz, Nets, and Bucks, three of the toughest teams in the league.

CBB: Xavier Musketeers -2.5 (-110) @ Georgetown Hoyas, 7:00 pm ET

Pivoting to college basketball now, there’s some value on the visitor in this Big East showdown. Georgetown has nothing to play for, while Xavier needs this one like blood as they’re firmly on the bubble. Simply put, the Hoyas don’t have the offense to keep up here. The Musketeers have a ton of momentum after their huge win over Creighton, and should be able to keep it rolling here. Xavier is the best team in the Big East at defensive rebounding rate, neutralizing one of Georgetown’s few offensive strengths which is their offensive rebounding. The Hoyas are 283rd nationally in two-point shot percentage and Xavier defends the rim really well, so Georgetown is going to need to be unconscious from beyond the arc here to cover this spread.

CBB: Duke Blue Devils ML (+105) @ Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 8:00 pm ET

Our other college basketball play for this parlay is Duke on the money line. Both these teams are on the bubble, so the stakes couldn’t be higher as the season comes to a close. Duke has finally woken up, and they’re peaking at the right time as they’ve won four of their last five games. One of those wins was a huge upset victory over Virginia, and the other three all came by at least 14 points. When these teams played earlier in the year Duke won by seven, and that was when they were playing some of their worst ball of the year. As such, I don’t think they should be underdogs here.

NHL: Tampa Bay Lightning -1.5 (+160) @ Dallas Stars 8:30 pm ET

Finally turning to hockey, we’ve got a play at significant plus-money that gives this parlay the big odds boost. These teams just played the other night, and the Lightning won 5-0. I’m not sure if they’ll be quite as dominant on Tuesday, but they should have no problem winning by multiple goals. Each of Tampa’s past 10 victories have come by more than one score, so they’re the exact kind of team you want to play on the puck line. Dallas is fledgling, as they’re just 1-8 in their last nine games, and it’s clear their hot start was a mirage. They haven’t scored more than three goals in a game since February 2nd.
