We have put together a list of all of the day’s best odds boosts, which happen to be from DraftKings Sportsbook, FanDuel Sportsbook, and BetMGM Sportsbook today. We’ll discuss whether or not they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Iowa to lead at half & win the game – Boosted from +110 to +130 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Iowa will be looking to start their season strongly with a game against Indiana. The Hawkeyes were a solid team last year and being at home should give them every opportunity to win from start to finish. Even though Indiana had a solid season in 2020, this game looks to be too much for the Hoosiers. For that reason, backing Iowa to lead at the half and win the game is worth a small play.

Georgia to win by 10+ points – Boosted from +375 to +425 with DraftKings Sportsbook

One of the biggest games of the day will see Georgia take on Clemson. The Tigers are favored, but they lost a ton of production, so there very well could be an adjustment period. Georgia’s offense looks to be much improved with JT Daniels under center and their defense also looks to be poised for a great season. This is a tough one to call, but Georgia is just as talented as Clemson, so backing this prop looks to be worth a small play.

Alabama to win by 21+ points – Boosted from +100 to +110 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Alabama will open their season against Miami and even though they lost a ton of production from last year, they have players just as good waiting to make a name for themselves. We like the Tide to cover the near 3-touchdown spread, so backing this prop at plus money looks to be worth a play.

Chicago White Sox to score the 1st run and win – Boosted from -110 to +105 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The White Sox have all but run away in the AL Central and will be looking to bounce back with a win tonight. Daniel Lynch will start for the Royals, who has started to look like a great option, and posted an ERA of 2.39 in August. Lynch has allowed 1 or 0 runs in 5 of his last 7 starts, so finding offense might be an issue, even for a powerful offense like Chicago’s. The White Sox look to be going with a bullpen game, and the Royals’ offense looked solid last night. For that reason, avoiding this prop might be the best option.

Alabama to win vs Miami and Justin Thomas to shoot under 68.5 on Saturday – Boosted from -110 to +125 with FanDuel Sportsbook

This prop will involve the Crimson Tide and former Alabama graduate, Justin Thomas. An Alabama win is almost guaranteed against Miami and Thomas has shot a 67 in each of the first 2 days at the Tour Championship. He is consistent if nothing else, so backing this prop is worth a play.

Both Texas and LSU to win – Boosted from +120 to +220 with FanDuel Sportsbook

Both Texas and LSU have interesting matchups here and both teams will need to be careful. The Longhorns will be playing the Ragin’ Cajuns of Louisiana and the Tigers will be playing the UCLA Bruins. Our experts like the Ragin’ Cajuns to cover the spread, but expect Texas to still pull away late. As for LSU, we also like them to start their season strong against UCLA, making this prop worth a play.

Georgia to win or tie the first quarter vs Clemson – Boosted to +110 with BetMGM Sportsbook

Going back to the Georgia vs Clemson game, we will focus on just the 1st quarter. I expect the start to this game to be a little nervy with both teams knowing what is at stake. Georgia may look to establish the run, which would help burn some clock, so backing UGA to not lose the first 15 minutes looks to be worth a play.
