Outside of the Power 5 conferences, there isn’t anything better than MACtion. Heck, some would argue that there’s nothing better than MACtion—period! Whatever the case, midweek games in the Mid-American Conference are back, and we are all better for it. Three more headline the college football schedule on Tuesday. It’s more than enough with which to formulate our first mega parlay of the week.

Toledo -6.5 (-110)

Eastern Michigan ML (+175)

Miami (OH) -17 (-110)

Parlay odds: +903

For this parlay we are going with two favorites on the point spread and one underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Toledo -6.5 over Ohio (-110)

The Rockets won the Battle of I-75 last week (49-17 over Bowling Green) and are now looking to become bowl eligible—a feat that will be accomplished if they are able to beat Ohio. The Rockets are playing their best football right now. They have scored 49 points in each of their past two games and its defense showed up—as usual—against Bowling Green, holding the Falcons to just 17 points. The Rockets boast the third-highest scoring offense in the MAC, averaging almost 33 points per game, and they are the top-ranked total defense in the conference.

Ohio is playing well but its offense is one-dimensional; but Toledo is a better team and is more than motivated to show up in this contest to secure bowl eligibility. Rockets quarterback Dequan Finn has played well over the past couple of weeks and running back Bryant Koback has rushed for more than 100 yards in each of the past three contests.

Eastern Michigan ML over Western Michigan (+175)

Western Michigan has struggled to cover the past couple of weeks, failing to do so in each of its past three games. On the other side, Eastern Michigan has covered the spread in two of its past three. Western Michigan was a -26 favorite last week against Akron but only won by 5. Zips quarterback Zach Gibson threw for 305 yards and 2 touchdowns in that contest. Eastern Michigan’s offense revolves around quarterback Ben Bryant. The Eagles boast the second-ranked passing offense in the MAC, averaging 476.7 yards per game. They also have the top-ranked scoring offense in the conference and will present a big challenge to the Broncos’ defense.

Miami (OH) -17 over Bowling Green (-110)

Bowling Green is 3-7 and has lost 5 of its last 6 games. Its only conference win is against Buffalo. Miami is 5-5 overall and 4-2 in conference play; it is coming off a decisive win over Buffalo. The Redhawks are first in their division and will look to get another win at home to make it to the MAC championship game. Miami boasts one of the best offenses in the conference, averaging 26.8 points and 421.2 yards per game. Its defense is not bad, allowing on average 23.1 points and 357.3 yards per contest. The bigger story is just how bad Bowling Green is on both sides of the ball. Miami should be able to score points whenever and however it wants.
