The new week in the NBA starts with 4 games on a Monday and we got ourselves a cracking game in Cleveland as the Cavaliers host the New York Knicks. I’ve gone in-depth and put together my favorite bets for this game in a same game parlay, which you can find below.

Don’t forget to also go through our predictions on the side and total for the rest of Monday’s 4-game night.

Let’s get into it!

Cleveland Cavaliers 1-10 win margin (+170)

Darius Garland to score 30+ points (+630)

Parlay odds: +1818

Cleveland Cavaliers 1-10 win margin (+170)

The Cavs have been on a roll lately, winning 4 of their last 5 games, but none of those wins were by more than 7 points. New York got hot from three early on in yesterday’s win over the Clippers, before that they suffered 3 losses in a row by an average margin of 7.6 points per game. The previous 2 meetings weren’t that close, but in the 3 games before that, the average margin of victory was 3, 9 and 5 points. Cleveland has been dominant at home this season when it comes to covering the spread — they are 15-7 ATS in 22 games. Against a Knicks team that has shown grit on the road with an 11-10 ATS record this season, it should be a close game but the Cavs can gut it out in front of their home fans.

Darius Garland to score 30+ points (+630)

Garland is Cleveland’s best player this season, despite all the injuries they’ve endured he is the main reason this team is 28-19 for the season. With an average of 19.8 points per game and 8.1 assists per game, Garland is bound to make his first All-Star appearance. In his last 10 games, he has upped his average to 20.9 per game and at home that number goes up to 21.9. His shooting splits are 46% from the field and almost 37% from three-point land while making 92% of his free-throws.

He has had a 30-point game once in his last 5 matchups, but with Kemba Walker about to make his return I expect him to dominate because of his height advantage. The Knicks haven’t been that good against opposing point-guards lately — they just allowed Reggie Jackson to score 26 on them yesterday. I’m predicting a similar sort of output from Garland in this one.
