The Phoenix Suns jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals with a 120-114 win on Sunday and they will look to take control of the series as they host the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 2 on Tuesday.

Paul George 4+ made threes (+138)

Playoff P has been on a tear for a while now, but especially since Kawhi Leonard went out with a knee injury in Game 4 of the series against the Utah Jazz. Over his last four games, George is averaging 32.2 points per game while shooting 23.2 times per game. His three-point shooting has been on point and he’s upped his percentage to 44.9 percent in those five games while making 4.4 a game on almost ten attempts. In Game 1 on Sunday he attempted 15 of them and made seven shots. I have a feeling the Suns will continue defending him the same way in Game 2, so expect that number of attempts to be in double digits. Hopefully George comes out hot from the get-go and drains four of them on the night.

Devin Booker over 31.5 points (-104)

In his first-ever Conference Finals game, Booker came out big and carried his team in the absence of Chris Paul. For stretches, Booker even played the point-guard position which resulted in him notching his first-ever triple-double with 40 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists. He also attempted 29 shots from the field and made 15 of them, including 3-for-7 from deep. What impressed me the most about his performance was just how mature he was — he didn’t force anything and he took timely shots which put his team in a position to win. I expect another night of at least 25 shots from him and he has been efficient in these playoffs, going 49.1 percent from the field and 92.4 percent from the free-throw line.

Deandre Ayton over 14.5 points (-110)

The Clippers have been starting games without a traditional center for a while now and Ayton was able to capitalize on that right from the start. He finished Game 1 going 10-for-14 from the field for 20 points and punished LA on the inside all night long. The counter for Ayton is Zubac, but when the Clippers insert him into the lineup their offense gets stagnant. They really have no answer for the 22-year old and it should be another productive night for him.

Reggie Jackson over 18.5 points (-110)

Jackson is trying his best to fill in the void created by Kawhi’s injury. He has scored 22 or more points in his last three outings and if we disregard the one bad game he had in his last six, he has averaged 23.8 points during that stretch of games. He is now the number two scoring option behind George — you can’t really expect Terance Mann to carry you in the playoffs. We saw a good performance from him in Game 1 as he had 24 points on 52.6 percent from the field and with Chris Paul not playing, the Suns don’t really have a strong defensive presence at the point-guard position. Look for Reggie to score at least 20 in Game 2.
