Week 15 was another eventful weekend of games across the NFL, and this week should be no different. This Monday, we are getting back on the Same Game Parlay train, this time for a battle between the Los Angeles Chargers and Indianapolis Colts. With kickoff set for 8:15 pm ET on ESPN, it’s time to forecast the action.

Here is our SGP, and also be sure to keep an eye on our NFL picks for every game this season!

Indianapolis Colts +4 (-110)

Keenan Allen anytime touchdown scorer (+160)

Parlay odds: +440

Part of the value in Same Game Parlays, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. However, it actually adds more value if you can predict the game script that both teams will want to play. Let’s break down each of these legs one by one.

Indianapolis Colts +4 (-110)

This is a strange spot for both teams. The Chargers are in the midst of a run that has all but secured them a trip to the postseason, but it hasn’t been easy. Los Angeles is still winning close games, as has become a yearly tradition for this embattled franchise. That alone is enough to give me pause in laying the points here, but it’s also a good situational spot to look at Indianapolis. The Colts just surrendered the biggest comeback in NFL history against the Vikings and have had 9 days to think about it. Now, Indianapolis is turning to Nick Foles at quarterback, which might give this otherwise middling offense a shot in the arm. Furthermore, this is the first home game in a month for a Colts team that has consistently covered the spread at home this season. Don’t be surprised if we see another one possession win for the Chargers, or even an outright victory for Indy.

Keenan Allen anytime touchdown scorer (+160)

Since Keenan Allen’s return from injury, the Chargers’ top wideout has been targeted a ton, and the results speak for themselves. Allen and Justin Herbert clearly have a connection, as evident by his domination of the target shares in this Los Angeles offense. Over the last 5 weeks, Allen has racked up 36 receptions and over 400 receiving yards, to go along with a pair of touchdowns. This is clearly the healthiest Allen has been since the 2021 season, as his previous 2 outings this year resulted in a total of just 6 catches for 77 yards. While I expect that this game script will lean toward an under, but the Colts have shown that they can also score points in bunches and play from ahead. Regardless of if they’re ahead or behind, I expect Herbert to find Allen when Los Angeles needs a key red zone score.
