Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur had very different emotions coming out of last weekend’s round of EPL games, which makes their meeting at Old Trafford this Saturday even more fascinating.

Twenty-four hours after United were trounced 4-1 by Manchester City, Tottenham turned up the volume on Everton, roaring to a 5-0 win.

Spurs at United is 1 of just 3 soccer matches on Saturday’s EPL schedule and we’ve got bets from them all to form a 3-game parlay to hopefully see you successfully through the slate. It pays +1655 odds with FanDuel Sportsbook.

Brighton +1 (no push) (+170)

Burnley ML (+270)

Over 2.5 goals in Manchester United vs Tottenham (-132)

Parlay odds: +1655

Brighton +1 (no push) (+170) over Liverpool, 7:30 am ET

The Saturday card kicks off at Brighton on the south coast where in-form Liverpool are the visitors.

This looks like a no-brainer with Liverpool hunting down Manchester City in the title race and there is even talk of the Reds winning the quad (four different trophies in the one season). And Brighton, nice team but no cutting edge, are 0-4 in their last four games and dropping down the standings.

But if there’s one thing we know about Brighton it’s that they give the big teams a hard time – they’ve already tied 2-2 at Liverpool this season and tied twice with Chelsea and once with Arsenal.

They always play nice soccer – it’s what they do – and against a Liverpool team that is in the middle of a major workload, the Albion can keep things close and cover the spread.

Burnley ML (+270) over Brentford, 10:00 am ET

The game sandwiched between the big two games today features Brentford and Burnley, a huge game at the bottom end of the table with both of them scrapping for points to get out of relegation danger.

Burnley have come off a couple of home losses to Leicester and Chelsea but they’ll be happier at Brentford, an opponent they will try to outmuscle.

Brentford aren’t in the greatest of form – they needed two penalty kicks from Ivan Toney to help them win 3-1 at Norwich last time out, which was their first win in two months.

Manchester United vs Tottenham over 2.5 goals (-132), 12:30 pm ET

Between 1989 and 2012, Tottenham went to United 21 times in the EPL – and never managed a single win. Back in the day, whenever this match came around, you just said home win. Put down your cash. Wait to collect. Move on. It really was that simple.

Nowadays, however, there is nothing simple about this. Absolutely nothing at all.

It’s doubtful even respective coaches, United’s Ralf Rangnick and Spurs’ Antonio Conte, will know what to expect from their own teams. Certainly, their fans don’t.

What we think should happen this Saturday is that this game produces goals and lots of them because there is that much attacking threat from legends like Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes in one team, and Harry Kane and Son Heung-min in the other.

Five of Tottenham’s last eight league games have produced four goals or more and on their last trip to Manchester – less than a month back – they won 3-2 at leaders City.
