Show Bio

I'm an NFL handicapper here at Pickswise who was raised in a household full of sports fanatics. Since I unfortunately never had LeBron James' jumping ability I wasn't able to make it to the NBA, and chose writing about sports as the next best thing. An avid sports bettor myself, I'm excited to get to write about the industry as it gets set to take off across the country. Buckle up. Welcome to another super Sunday of sports! We have an action-packed day as we wrap up the weekend, with NBA, NHL, and soccer on the docket. Let’s get straight to making your next bet better!

About Last Night

Happy Trails, Coach K
The Final Four was on Saturday night, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Kansas beat Villanova convincingly to get things started, but the real drama was reserved for the nightcap. North Carolina outlasted Duke in a down-to-the-wire thriller, ending Coach K’s career in the process. The National Championship is now set. North Carolina vs Kansas on Monday night for all the marbles.

Nets stumble again
Entering Saturday’s action, the Nets were still the betting favorites to come out of the Eastern Conference. But Trae Young put on a clinic, and the Hawks topped Brooklyn 122-115. That dropped the Nets to the 9-seed, meaning they could get bounced from the play-in tournament with just one loss. It was a solid night in the NBA for Pickswise Nation, as our handicappers went 3-2 ATS, 3-2 on totals and 2-1 on props.

Today’s Slate

Massive slate in the NBA
Unfortunately, March Madness is on break until Monday, but we’ve got all the NBA we can handle. There are a whopping 12 games on the slate, including Mavericks vs Bucks on ABC, and we’ve got full betting previews for all of today’s NBA games,

Lots of action on the ice as well
The NBA isn’t the only league with a big slate on Sunday. We were treated to 9 NHL games on Saturday, and we’ll get 9 more today. The highlight will be Wild vs Capitals on NHL Network. Check out our previews of today’s NHL matchups.

Don’t forget about soccer!
If the NBA and NHL don’t quite cut it, there’s also plenty of soccer to look forward to. The MLS and EPL are back in action after last week’s international break and you can read all about it with today’s soccer picks.

Best Bet of the Day

Chicago Blackhawks 3-way ML over Arizona Coyotes (-140)
7:00 pm ET, ESPN+

We’re backing the Blackhawks on the 3-way money line over the Coyotes, meaning they’ll need to win in regulation. Arizona is in the midst of another lost season, but they had a bright spot in youngster Clayton Keller. Then Keller fractured his leg the other night. In the Coyotes’ first game without him, they lost 5-0 to a Ducks team that had been absolutely terrible recently. The Blackhawks aren’t having the year they were hoping for but they’ve still got a ton of talent with Patrick Kane and Alex DeBrincat. It should be enough to comfortably get past Arizona. Read our full game preview for Coyotes vs Blackhawks.
