We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Wednesday, including action from the MLS and the MLB.

Three picks are taken from the MLB with one from the MLS. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1711 with BetMGM; that’s 17/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

MLB pick: Oakland Athletics vs San Diego Padres under 8 runs (-110), 4:10pm ET

Petco Park has graded as the fourth-best pitcher-friendly venue in Major League Baseball in day games so far in 2021, producing five percent less offense compared to the league average. Blake Snell has been unreliable all year, but it is difficult to imagine him getting shelled against an Oakland lineup that ranks 22nd in OPS and 21st in ISO over the last two weeks. Sean Manaea should be able to have an effective day against a San Diego lineup that has struggled against southpaws since Opening Day. Expect a lower-scoring affair and take the under with confidence.

MLB pick: Washington Nationals vs Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 (-105), 7:05pm ET

The Nationals’ bullpen has been horrendous over the last week. The one silver lining in facing Zack Wheeler is that they most likely won’t have a lead to blow. It’s always a risk taking the run line for the home team, especially one with a bullpen as shaky as that of the Phillies, but in this case it’s the right move. Go with Philadelphia -1.5.

MLB pick: Chicago White Sox -1.5 (-115) vs Kansas City Royals, 8:10pm ET

Chicago has one of the most well-rounded lineups in baseball, and they received a boost with Eloy Jimenez making his first appearance of the season earlier this week. He went 2-for-3 with a home run and 3 RBIs in last night’s game, and his powerful bat makes the White Sox lineup even more intimidating. Kansas City starter Kris Bubic will have a tough challenge trying to slow them down. The Royals had won 6 games in a row before last night’s loss, but they have underperformed for most of the season and they are just 21-36 against teams with a winning record this season. The White Sox have got better now that Jimenez is back in the lineup, and they should be able to get a strong start from Lucas Giolito. Back the White Sox -1.5 on the run line.

Best MLS pick: Minnesota United win or draw (+160) vs Los Angeles FC, 10:30pm ET

Minnesota are coming off two strong home wins over Seattle and Portland, who are both very much contenders in the West. United dominated possession against the Timbers on Saturday, putting up an onslaught of 28 shots, finally scoring an equalizer in the 74th minute and a winner from Robin Lod in the 85th. But it’s not just at home where Minnesota find success. They’ve taken at least a point in 3 of their last 4 on the road, and while it seemed like LAFC would become a home-stadium powerhouse after their results in Los Angeles last season, they’ve been much more vulnerable in 2021. Improve your chances and take a tie or a Minnesota win.
