Following a busy weekend slate, the MLB starts a new week on Monday with a number of intriguing matchups. And what better way to celebrate a full slate of baseball than by going for a big payday? That’s right, we’re back with another mega parlay with a payout of over 9/1 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every MLB game today. Let’s get into our mega parlay for Monday.

Twins vs Guardians over 8 (-105)

Marlins ML (+120)

Orioles ML (+140)

Parlay odds: +1028

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Twins vs Guardians over 8 (-105)

To start this mega parlay, we have over 8 runs in this Twins vs Guardians matchup. While both teams are battling it out for position at the top of the AL Central, they each have struggled on the mound. I don’t expect that to change today, as Sonny Gray and Triston McKenzie will be starting. Gray has been rock-solid in 2022, but 2 of his 3 shortest outings have come against the Guardians. Cleveland’s lineup has been surprisingly consistent at home, and I expect them to rebound after a tough series against the Red Sox.

On the other side, McKenzie has been a roller-coaster ride over his last 4 starts, surrendering a combined 14 runs and 8 home runs in that span. The Guardians starter just allowed 6 earned runs to Minnesota in his last outing, and it’s fair to estimate that the Twins can at least tally 3 or more runs off McKenzie this time around. Both teams are seeing the ball well, which leads me to believe that all signs point to an over in this one.

Miami Marlins ML (+120) over St. Louis Cardinals

For the second leg of this mega parlay, we are going with the Miami Marlins on the money line. It’s Pablo Lopez day, which usually means the Marlins are getting undervalued by the betting market. Lopez has established himself as one of the premier pitchers in the NL, alongside his teammate Sandy Alcantara. Outside of a poor effort against the Mets earlier this month, Lopez has been outstanding, posting a 2.60 ERA while striking out 83 batters over 82 innings. He’ll be opposed by a Cardinals team that has hit a bit of a rough patch of late.

St. Louis has lost 6 of its last 10 and appears to be regressing to preseason expectations after a strong opening 2 months. The Redbirds will send out Adam Wainwright, who should not be favored over a pitcher of Lopez’s caliber at this stage in his career. Even at home, I think the wrong team is favored in this one. Therefore, I like backing the Marlins at this price.

Baltimore Orioles ML (+140) over Seattle Mariners

To finish off this mega parlay, we have the Orioles on the money line. If Baltimore played in the AL Central, it would be a playoff team. The Orioles are unlucky playing in the toughest division in baseball, but this is still a young, hungry team competing for wins. After watching them play of late, I’m not sure why the books haven’t quite adjusted to this yet. Even on the road, the Orioles should be getting more respect against a supremely disappointing Mariners team.

Seattle can pitch, and Monday’s starter, George Kirby, is the Mariners’ best pitching prospect. The problem is they simply can’t score enough runs to consistently win games. Thanks to its improved rotation, Baltimore has been in tons of close games this season, but the Orioles’ luck at the plate has finally started to swing in their direction of late. Look for the O’s to steal this series opener out west.
