The nightcap on Sunday of Week 2 in the NFL will take place in Kansas City when the Chiefs host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football, and it will kickoff at 8:20 PM ET on NBC/Peacock. To get you ready for the primetime action, I’ve circled a couple touchdown prop bets to make for this AFC showdown. Colts vs Chiefs touchdown bet: Rashee Rice (KC) +160

This number pops off the page. The Colts were just shredded by Lamar Jackson and the Ravens passing attack, allowing 324 yards and an average of more than 19 yards per catch thanks to a pair of 50+ yard passes. In fact, per PFF, the Indianapolis secondary allowed 12 of 17 targets to be caught, and every single defender that allowed a reception gave up an average of at least 10 yards per catch.
Rashee Rice was only targeted twice last week, but there’s a significant difference between the Denver secondary and the Indianapolis secondary. For what it’s worth, Rice has never scored against Pat Surtain and the Broncos secondary.
Despite only two targets last week, Rice still scored, proving his red-zone reliability for Pat Mahomes. Look for the former NFL MVP to target Rice heavily after he targeted his alpha receiver 12 times last year against this defense.

Colts vs Chiefs touchdown bet: Tyler Warren (IND) +280

With a spread hovering around a touchdown, oddsmakers expect the Chiefs to control this game at home while the Colts are expected to face a deficit throughout. As such, I’m focusing on the Indy passing attack, in anticipation of the Colts playing from behind in this one. Plus, the KC secondary is slightly banged up ahead of this contest, which should help Tyler Warren.
Like Rice, Warren wasn’t as heavily involved in Week 1 as you would have expected. He demanded five targets, but he only caught three. Still, he found pay dirt via red-zone touchdown, which is not a surprise considering he was top-12 last year in red-zone target share. That figures to improve without Michael Pittman Jr. on the team anymore. At an extremely juicy price, Warren may be slightly undervalued by oddsmakers in this one.
