Week 6 of the 2026 NFL season gets started with a high-stakes matchup on Thursday Night Football, as last season's AFC Championship losers, the Denver Broncos, host the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. Both teams enter this one at 3-2 and neither will be particularly happy about it, so there's a lot on the line as one looks to make a positive step while the other will fall to .500.

Seahawks vs Broncos Predictions & Picks
Chris Farley’s Seahawks vs Broncos Spread Pick: Seahawks -2.5 (-108)
Regardless of how well Seattle's offense performs, the Seahawks’ defense remains one of the premier units in the NFL, and this is a bad matchup for the Broncos, even at home, especially with Seattle coming off a loss. We can only look in one direction.
Chris Farley’s Seahawks vs Broncos Total Prediction: Under 40.5 (-102)
The Seahawks boast the best defense in the NFL and should be able to stymie this stuttering Broncos offense that ranks 27th in rush yards per carry and 29th in yards per pass. The Broncos do however still hold an elite defense themselves, and we could see a low-scoring battle on TNF this week.

Seahawks vs Broncos Player Prop Bets
Best Seahawks vs Broncos Player Prop Bet: Cooper Kupp (SEA) Over 21.5 Receiving Yards (-108)
Cooper Kupp gives Darnold a safety blanket for an offense that is looking for help outside of their top targets. $17 million a year, Rashid Shaheed, is giving the Seahawks barely anything in the receiving game -- and even in the return game. So insert Kupp, whose 120 routes run rank third on the team through five games.

Seahawks vs Broncos Touchdown Scorer Best Bet: Jaylen Waddle (DEN) Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+270)
Jaylen Waddle was visibly frustrated with the Broncos' offensive performance through three quarters last week. They scored just 10 points until a 13-point showing in the fourth quarter. Look for Nix to give Waddle opportunities downfield, who leads the team in target share.
Find out Justin Martin's other Seahawks vs Broncos TD scorer best bets for TNF at +425 odds! Can he add to primetime winners at +400, +330, +300, +290, +280 and +220 this season?
Seattle Seahawks vs Denver Broncos Same Game Parlay
Seahawks -5.5 over Broncos (+139)
The Broncos’ offense has been underwhelming so far, and now they have to face one of the best defenses in football. Through five games, quarterback Bo Nix has passed for a modest 942 passing yards (21st in the NFL) and six touchdowns (19th) with a 59.9 completion percentage (27th among qualifiers). Nix comes in with a QBR of 41.8 (24th). Meanwhile, the Seahawks are giving up the fewest yards in the entire league through five weeks (251.2) and rank in the top 10 in scoring defense, passing defense and opponent third-down conversion rate. Playing on the road in Denver is tough, but I expect the Super Bowl champs to win this one by at least a touchdown.
Emanuel Wilson (SEA) to Record 20+ Rushing Attempts (+124)
This correlates perfectly with the Seahawks winning – and by a decent amount – since they can pound the rock and work the clock if they are playing with a lead. That is exactly what they did in Week 2 and Week 4, when Wilson got 21 carries in each of those victories. Even when the ‘Hawks lost to the 49ers last Sunday, the Fort Valley State product still carried it 20 times.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (SEA) to Score a Touchdown (+105)
There is no need to overthink this one. Smith-Njigba has scored seven touchdowns through five weeks and yet you can still get him at plus money to find the end zone. He has failed to deliver a TD just once this season and has scored multiple times in two different games – including three times against Arizona in Week 2.
