Through the first 3 weeks of the season, I am 7-22 (24%) on anytime touchdown scorers. This equates to -1U, which is not ideal, but this is a very tough market. I do my best to find value in misplaced odds and always target players at plus-money odds.

This week, we are fortunate enough to receive an EXCLUSIVE odds boost from DraftKings Sportsbook to use on an anytime touchdown scorer bet in the Sunday games. This boost will add +100 odds to the player picked, so I will target someone with a very high probability of scoring. Check it out below!

NFL Week 4 anytime touchdown scorer best bets – the favorites

Jamaal Williams (Lions) -125 +175 with DraftKings odds boost!

Using the Pickswise exclusive anytime touchdown scorer +100 extra odds boost at DraftKings, I’m targeting Jamaal Williams for my first play.

D’Andre Swift is sidelined this week and Williams is now thrust into the starting role. Williams has 4 TDs on the year and gets the Seattle Seahawks at home this Sunday. The Lions running back was already #1 in red-zone rushes (10) with Swift in the lineup and his workload should only increase. Seattle is a great matchup on the ground as they grade out as the 29th-worst rush defense, allow 57% of their opponent’s TDs on the ground (28th), allow 8 rushing first downs per game (27th), allow 32 rushing attempts per game (28th) and 4.3 red-zone scoring attempts per game (28th). In short, they’re bad on the ground.

I’d be tentative taking the original -125 odds on Williams to find the end zone, but being able to get the odds boost with DraftKings up to +175 makes this very appealing. With everything mentioned above, I think Williams is in line for a big day. The maximum bet on this boost is $50 and I’ll be maxing this out!

Rashaad Penny (Seahawks) +150 +250

The Lions’ red-zone defense is almost as bad as the Seahawks’. Lucky for Rashaad Penny, he’s done a good job of fending off rookie Kenneth Walker Jr. through 3 weeks. Penny is averaging roughly 60% of the offensive snaps and scored in his one start against the Lions in 2021.

Kareem Hunt (Browns) +150 +250

Nick Chubb is the obvious choice in any Cleveland game for touchdowns, but his odds are always in the negative. Kareem Hunt is a great pivot and offers more in the receiving game. He has two TDs on the season and almost punched one in on TNF against the Steelers, but they brought in Chubb on 4th down to clean it up. He’s averaging 15 touches per game between rushes/receptions and the Falcons allow 4.3 red-zone scoring attempts per game (tied 28th). Before his injury last year, Hunt never went more than 1 game without a touchdown.

NFL Week 4 anytime touchdown scorer best bets – the longshots

Darren Waller (Raiders) +210 +310

Denver allowed 2 TDs to opposing TEs in Week 1 against the Seahawks. Waller is 2nd on the team in red-zone targets (6) and has had some of his best games against the Broncos. Waller was a letdown in Week 3 but can bounce back against a Broncos team riddled with injuries on defense. Anytime Waller is above +200, he has my attention.

Nico Collins (Texans) +280 +380

Nico Collins has been quiet this season but should be in for a big game on Sunday. The Chargers defense averages 1.6 TDs per game to opposing wide receivers and Collins sees a target spike against zone defenses (68% of targets). Collins caught the only TD of his career against the Chargers in 2021, let’s make it two on Sunday.

Alec Pierce (Colts) +250 +350

The Titans have allowed the most touchdowns to opposing receivers in the league (6) through 3 weeks (tied with Atlanta). Their secondary is ranked 20th in coverage and Pierce has flirted with scoring in two games. He’s 3rd on the team in red-zone targets despite missing a game. Pierce should match up with Roger McCreary, who is ranked 52nd out of 103 corners in the league. Pierce can get his first career TD on Sunday.
