A big Wednesday of sports is expected, which means it is time to have some fun and look for some of the best bets across all the different sports and pile them into one parlay. We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay which will take you right through the day, including action from the NHL, NBA, MLB and EPL.

Each pick is taken from each sport and a winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1167 with BetMGM — more than 11/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

Best EPL Pick: Sheffield United vs. Newcastle United ML (-120), 1:00 p.m ET

Newcastle has lost just two of its last seven Premier League matches and that good form moved them clear of relegation danger. Arsenal and Man City were the only sides to beat the Magpies in that period and they seem to have reserved their best performances for the latter part of the campaign. Newcastle has plenty of attacking threats with Joe Willock and Allan Saint-Maximin, which is why we like them to collect all three points even without Callum Wilson being fit to play.

Best NHL Pick: Washington Capitals ML (+135) vs. Boston Bruins, 6:38 p.m ET

Washington has been the team leading the play and the score in this series as both games saw Boston score late to tie it up before overtime. The Capitals have been smart and have used their strength on the man advantage by scoring on 20 percent of their powerplay chances in the first two outings. The Capitals were great on the road this season with a 19-7-2 record, therefore backing them to steal one in Boston will be our play.

Best NBA Pick: San Antonio Spurs vs. Memphis Grizzlies -4 (-110) 7:40 p.m ET

Memphis had a shot at the eighth seed in their last game, but they just didn’t have an answer for Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors who beat them 113-101. It was only their second defeat in the last eight games. Memphis won the last two meetings against the Spurs by 31 and 27 points. This game will probably be a bit closer than that as it’s an elimination game and a lot is at stake. Both teams are in good shape injury-wise as well. We would lean towards a Memphis win as they are in much better form after winning six of their last eight games and they owned the Spurs in the last two meetings.

Best MLB Pick: Milwaukee Brewers ML (-185) vs. Kansas City Royals, 8:10 p.m ET

Christian Yelich’s return to the middle of the Milwaukee order makes Wednesday night’s task an even tougher one for Brad Keller. Corbin Burnes has emerged as one of the best pitchers in the league and has 58 strikeouts this season with just one walk in six starts. We will be looking for a revitalized Brewers’ offense to hit Keller hard and will be backing the Brewers.
