The 2023 NBA Paris Game today sees the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons squaring off at the Accor Arena for what will be their second regular season meeting this year. It’s an early tip-off at 3:00 pm with the game being played in Europe and you can watch the game live on NBA TV. I’ve prepared a Same Game Parlay, which you can find below.

With the Bulls’ leading scorer DeMar DeRozan bothered by a quad injury, it will be up to Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic to lead the way in France. Vucevic did his part in the win over the Warriors, scoring 43, so now it’s time for LaVine to show what he can do. He had 27 points in the win over Golden State despite going just 1-for-8 from three in that game. We all know he’s better than that, in fact his numbers are showing it too. He’s averaging 41.1% of made threes over his last 10 games while putting up 29.1 points a night. Against the Pistons in the first meeting of the season he dropped a cool 43 points, shooting a mesmerizing 75% from the field and 55% from three. In 3 of their last 4 games the Pistons have had an opponent drop at least 30 points on them, so clearly they aren’t equipped to handle players like LaVine. After seeing him drop 11 threes in a game earlier this month, I think it’s fair to expect another big performance tonight in Paris.
Thursday’s NBA mega parlay pays out at +800 odds!
For a bet that has landed 4 times in the last 6 Pistons games, we are getting a pretty solid price today. Jaden Ivey has stepped up his production from 3-point land this month, increasing his makes from 1.1 in December to 1.5 per game in January. His efficiency has also gone up from 31% to 36.4% on 4.1 attempts compared to 3.6 last month. The Pistons have all kinds of injuries at the moment, even their best player and leading scorer Bojan Bogdanovic has been bothered by an illness, so I’m not sure if he’s at 100%. A high-scoring game is expected, at least judging by the 236.5 point projected total, so the Pistons are expected to score a lot. They managed to put up 118 in the teams’ first meeting of the season against Chicago. Ivey led the scoring with 22 points and 2 threes made, so clearly this is a good matchup for him. It also helps that the Bulls are one of the worst teams in the league in perimeter defense, allowing 36.9% of made threes this season.
