Welcome to the Pickswise NFL Week 5 betting guide. The 2022 NFL season has reached this point with just the 4-0 Philadelphia Eagles remaining unbeaten while, after the Las Vegas Raiders secured their first win last week, the 0-3-1 Texans are the only winless team. Week 5 got off to a low-key start, to put it kindly, with the Colts beating the Broncos 12-9 on Thursday Night Football. Things can only get better after that, and if the previous Sunday slates this season are anything to go by we will be in for a real treat again.

This week’s slate — like last week’s –starts early with the second game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium between the Giants and Packers. The Giants have plenty of experience of playing in London, having beaten the Dolphins in the very first regular-season game played there in 2007, while the Packers are becoming the 32nd and final team to make their first visit to England. The extended Sunday slate starts at 9:30am ET and runs all the way through to Sunday Night Football!

We have a couple of rookies set to make their first career starts as Pittsburgh goes with Kenny Pickett against the Bills and the Patriots turn to Bailey Zappe against the Lions. There are also some nice divisional rivalries including Bears vs Vikings, Falcons vs Buccaneers and Dolphins vs Jets, plus another on Sunday Night Football as the Bengals take on the Ravens.
