NFL Draft Guide: What channel is the 2020 NFL Draft on?

The 2020 NFL Draft will be talked about for hundreds of years. This NFL draft will be a lot different from the previous ones as the NFL had to reorganize due to the coronavirus pandemic. Initially, the NFL Draft and the league had one of the best plans in history to hold the 2020 event in Las Vegas. However, with the pandemic, the NFL had to adjust their original ideas, and now the NFL draft will be held remotely about the spread of the virus. With the change of plans, let’s take a look at where the NFL draft will be held and broadcasted.

How to view the 2020 NFL Draft

Even with the drastic changes to the NFL Draft, the event will still be aired on a vast majority of channels. The NFL Draft will take place during the three days of April 23-25. You can view the three-day event on these selected channels: ABC, ESPN, and the NFL Network. ABC will have its version of the NFL Draft for rounds 1-3 specifically, while they will simulcast ESPN and the NFL Network for rounds 4-7. Below is a complete detailed list of the coverage of the NFL Draft.

Round 1: Thursday, April 23: (8-11:30 p.m. ET)
Channels: ABC, ESPN, NFL Network

Rounds 2-3: Friday, April April 24 (7-11:30 p.m. ET)
Channels: ABC, ESPN and NFL Network

Rounds 4-7: Saturday, April 25 (Noon-7 p.m. ET)
Channels: ABC, ESPN and NFL Network

If cable television is not an option in your household, you can live stream the 2020 NFL Draft on WatchESPN or NFL.com.

Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce the draft picks from the comfort of his home in New York City while each NFL organization will conduct their draft strategy from a separate location. While Goodell is announcing the first-round picks, he will be surrounded by virtual fans of each team that will be in the background.
