Alex Caceres ML over Giga Chikadze (+195)

Alex Caceres comes into this fight with an MMA record of 21-13. He is 16-11 in the UFC, most recently beating Daniel Pineda by unanimous decision back in June of this year. Caceres is averaging 4.16 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 51%. He is absorbing 2.87 strikes and has a striking defense of 63%. His grappling has not been strong though, averaging just 0.59 takedowns per every 15 minutes. Caceres’ takedown accuracy is 68% and his takedown defense is 64%.

Giga Chikadze is a heavy favorite in this fight, so backing his money line looks to be too risky. Both fighters are in form, each going 7-1 in their last 8 fights in the UFC. More recently than that, Caceres is 2-0 in his last 2 fights, while Chikadze is 1-1. Caceres actually has the better striking and grappling, therefore backing him to pull the upset will be our play.

Erin Blanchfield ML over Taila Santos (-148)

Erin Blanchfield comes into this fight with an MMA record of 11-1. She is 5-0 in the UFC, most recently beating Jessica Andrade by submission back in February of this year. Blanchfield is averaging 6.06 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 54%. She is absorbing 3.22 strikes and has a striking defense of 61%. Her grappling has been elite so far, averaging 3.76 takedowns per every 15 minutes, and 1.6 submission attempts during the same time period. Blanchfield has a takedown accuracy of 63% and a takedown defense of 77%.

Blanchfield is a moderate favorite in this fight, but looks to be the right side. She has been perfect in the UFC and she has the superior striking and grappling. For that reason, backing Blanchfield to win will be our play.

Justin Tafa vs Parker Porter – Fight to end by KO/TKO (-200)

Junior Tafa is the medium-sized favorite, but with this being a heavyweight fight it could end quickly. Parker Porter has seen 10 of his career fights end by KO/TKO, including his last 2 fights in a row. Tafa has seen 4 of his 5 career fights end by KO/TKO, therefore backing this fight to end by KO/TKO will be our play.

Billy Goff ML over Yusaku Kinoshita (+114)

Billy Goff comes into this fight with an MMA record of 8-2. He is 1-0 in the UFC, though this will be his official UFC debut. His most recent fight was in the Dana White Cintender Series, where he beat Shimon Smotritsky by KO/TKO back in August of 2022. Goff is averaging 9.95 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 45%. He is absorbing 4.15 strikes and has a striking defense of 59%. Goff has also elite grappling ability, averaging 8.29 takedowns per every 15 minutes. He has a takedown accuracy of 50% and a takedown defense of 100%.

Even though this is the UFC debut for Goff, he looks to be the right side. He utterly dominated his opponent in the Contender Series, while Yusaku Kinoshita lost his UFC debut by KO/TKO. For that reason, backing Goff to win will be our play.
