The knockout stages of Euro 2020 are in full swing, with just eight teams left to fight it out for the title. Saturday’s games are the last two quarter-finals to determine who reaches the final four.

In the early kickoff at noon ET, two surprise packages face off in Baku in the shape of Czech Republic and Denmark. Both teams have exceeded expectations by making it this far.

Denmark became the first team ever to lose their first two games at a European Championship and still progress, and the Czech Republic shocked tournament contenders the Netherlands 2-0 in the Last 16.

In the later game at 3pm ET, England will be searching for a win in their first game of the tournament away from Wembley, as they take on Ukraine in Rome.

The Ukrainians have reached their first-ever European Championship quarter-final but face a stern test against an England team that knocked out Germany in the Round of 16.

We have picked out a parlay for the two intriguing games.

Denmark ML and both teams to score (+430)

England ML (-250)

Parlay odds: +642

Let’s dive into why we have made each of our selections:

Denmark to beat Czech Republic and both teams to score (+430), noon ET

In the opening game of the day, Denmark may have too much attacking talent for the Czech Republic. Denmark has scored the joint-second most goals in the competition with nine and has come to life in their last two games, winning 4-1 against Russia and 4-0 against Wales.

The Danes have also had the second-most shots in the tournament so play a high-intensity attacking style of soccer. They have also shared the goals around their team impressively, with six different scorers in the competition so far.

On the other hand, the Czech Republic has been almost completely reliant on their star striker Patrick Shick. The 24-year-old has scored four goals so far, putting him second in the top goalscorer rankings, and he has scored all bar one of the Czechs’ goals.

Both teams have scored in two of Denmark’s four games and the Czech Republic possesses enough attacking talent to cause Denmark issues. But equally, Denmark’s attacking abilities should not be underestimated. Take both teams to score in a Denmark win.

England to beat Ukraine (-250), 3pm ET

Ukraine has exceeded expectations in reaching this stage of Euro 2020. A late winner from Artem Dovbyk in extra time of their game against Sweden has sent them to their first-ever Euros quarter-final.

However, the team played a grueling and physically demanding 120 minutes in Glasgow and has traveled much more than England, who are playing away from Wembley for the first time this tournament.

As a result, this Ukraine team will be much more fatigued than the Three Lions, who can rotate their players without reducing the overall quality of the team.

England is yet to concede at this tournament and while they haven’t been the most exciting going forward, they have hit upon a solid system for getting positive results and should have too much for a tired Ukrainian team.
