Week 13 in the NFL is here. Championship week in college football is one day away. It’s a great time of year, and Thursday’s festivities are no exception. We have plenty of football, basketball, hockey, and soccer on the schedule. Let’s get straight to it as we look to make your next bet better!

About Last Night

Pickswise goes 8-1 on NBA ATS/ML picks
It was a huge night in the NBA for the Pickswise team. Our experts went 8-1 ATS/ML and I cashed my +681 same game parlay on the Bucks vs Hornets showdown. As if that wasn’t enough, Germantas Kneita was a perfect 2-0 on his player props.

Big day in the NHL, as well
On the ice, our experts went 4-2 on the money line and 5-1 O/U. Additionally, one of Connor O’Brien’s player props was Vancouver defenseman Quinn Hughes over 0.5 points and Hughes recorded four assists during a 6-2 rout of Ottawa.

Suns go for 18 straight on first leg of back-to-back
The Suns extended their winning streak to 17 games by beating the Warriors on Tuesday and the rematch is set for Friday. Before that, however, Phoenix is hosting Detroit. It’s part of a 5-game slate in the NBA on Thursday. Read all of our NBA previews here.

Recent Stanley Cup champs collide on the ice
A busy 9-game NHL schedule is set for Thursday. The headliner is the Lightning (12-5-4) playing host to the Blues (12-7-3). Tampa Bay is the two-time defending Stanley Cup champion, which was immediately preceded by St. Louis’ triumph in 2019. Here are all of today’s NHL game previews.

Manchester United battle Arsenal in EPL
There are two English Premier League games on Thursday and one pits Manchester United against visiting Arsenal. Will firing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and appointing Ralf Rangnick as interim manager cure what has ailed the Red Devils? Check out our full game preview.

Best Bet of the Day

Washington Capitals ML over Chicago Blackhawks
7:00 pm ET, ESPN+

The Blackhawks start a 3-game Eastern Conference road trip on Thursday when they visit the Capitals. Chicago is just 2-3-0 in its last 5 overall while being outscored 14-8 during this stretch. The Capitals are 3-2-0 in their last 5. Offensively, the Caps have a major edge over the ‘Hawks. Led by Alex Ovechkin, the NHL’s 2nd-leading scorer this season, Washington ranks 17th in expected goals for per 60 minutes. Chicago ranks dead last in that department. Read our full game preview for Blackhawks vs Capitals.

Stat of the Day

The numbers would suggest that the under is the way to go for Cowboys vs Saints. Dallas is 3rd in the NFL with 15 interceptions, while New Orleans boasts by far the league’s best run defense at 3.4 yards per carry allowed. The under is 9-1-1 in the Saints’ last 11 on Thursday Night Football.
