We have a big slate in the NBA today, with a bunch of interesting games. And what better way to celebrate than by going for a big payday on Friday? That’s right; we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition.

I think it’s safe to say we’re on a roll with these right now. In fact, I’ve cashed this NBA mega parlay two of the last 9 times I’ve written it. First I hit it at +1157 two Fridays ago, and then I hit it the following Sunday night at +1048. I also came up just a few points shy of hitting it at +1850 last Friday night.

We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA game today.

Atlanta Hawks ML (-136)

New Orleans Pelicans ML (+205)

Los Angeles Clippers ML (+220)

Parlay odds: +1593

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Atlanta Hawks ML (-136) over Boston Celtics

To start this mega parlay I’ve got the Hawks. Atlanta was a disappointment in the first half of the season, but they dealt with a bunch of injuries and COVID issues. It also seemed like they had a bit of a hangover from their Conference Finals run last season, but all that is behind them now. It was always only a matter of time before they woke up, and the Hawks are now riding a 5-game winning streak.

Trae Young is playing out of his mind, and just earned Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors. Most importantly, Boston just isn’t a very good team. The Celtics have been a .500 team all season, and I’m not giving them much credit for their recent wins against the Kings and Wizards. Right before that they had lost to the Trail Blazers and Hornets.

New Orleans Pelicans ML (+205) over Denver Nuggets

Take the Pelicans for the next leg of this parlay. Getting New Orleans at home at better than 2/1 is just too good to pass up. Much like the Hawks, the Pels got off to a terrible start, but they’ve also turned things around recently. Nobody is paying attention anymore, but the Pelicans have actually been an over .500 team over the past couple of months.

They certainly haven’t been a doormat. They’ve won 4 in a row at home, and 1 of those wins was against the Warriors. Each of the Nuggets’ last 4 wins has come by 6 or fewer points, and 2 of those were against the lowly Pistons. Denver is never the same team away from home, and they’re still severely shorthanded.

Los Angeles Clippers ML (+220) over Miami Heat

To wrap up this mega parlay and hopefully bring us home, we’ve got the Clippers. No matter how many guys they’re missing, you should never count out the Clips. Just look at their historic 35-point comeback against the Wizards the other night. Los Angeles is so well-coached that they can hang with any team on any night, and they just beat the 76ers on the road even without Paul George and others.

They just play with endless energy, and have under-the-radar-guys like Amir Coffey stepping up big time. And Miami is going to be shorthanded as well. The Heat have already ruled out Jimmy Butler and Kyle Lowry, and I don’t think they deserve to be this large of a favorite without those guys. Miami has been solid but certainly not spectacular recently.
